They showed up on time for both the estimate and to do the job. The staff were very courteous and the job seemed to be completed at a fair price.

They are very helpful and neat plus organized. I would have liked to of known about possible cost up front so I could have been prepared for the conversation after the inspection. Or even provide a sales guide of what the inspection includes and might note as possible defects. This could help the buyer be prepared for a 2500 bill presentation. I did hire them to do the work.

They were easy to schedule - despite many changes to the schedule by me. They arrived on time. Despite the pouring rain, they inspected the chimney. Took pictures. Explained what they found. Left an estimate for repairs. Inside, they swept/cleaned the fireplace. Fireplace is now so clean I don't want to use it. They checked the furnace. From the entry point of the house to the fireplace, they put protective covers on the floor to keep the floors free from dirt (from the chimney cleaning) and water from the outside (rain). Overall, they are a five star operation!

They were about 45 minutes late because of traffic.. but they called to let me know and asked if I needed to reschedule. When they arrived they were super nice and got the job done in a timely manner. They did an excellent job cleaning and sweeping my chimney... I would 100% recommended them.

Work was efficient. However, the receipt left at the house was a different amount than the final one sent to me. I called and suggested that the 2 receipts should have the same amount. They charged more because we used a credit card.

They were to clean the moss/mold off the outside of the chimney but only cleaned the area mostly visible and missed the areas hard to see. Did not do a good job of cleaning off the deck where debris had fallen. Inside the house was left very clean. No problem there. Chimney caps could be straighter. They were very prompt and courteous. I will say the chimney is very tall and the roof very steep which did not make the job an easy one. Their price was very competitive.

Alex and Janet were wonderful, very pleasant and worked hard. Had chimney cleaned and inspected and found to have some flashing. They returned to fix it and caulked and painted the chase. The work was excellent, the price was great for the inspection and cleaning but a little high for the caulking and painting.

I was happy with the work Alex and Janet did. They were courteous, thorough and arrived on time. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

AC Chimney was very efficient in fixing my chimney leak problem, and informing me of what was done and what was needed for the future.

Very personable and professional. They pointed out various issues not taken care of by previous chimney cleaner.

It was hard to get them to actually come to the house and do the work. They kept cancelling and making new appointments. Turned out to be an employee issue, but it was frustrating to have to wait weeks to get the work done. I was not told about their requirement that customers must clean out the fireplace, that they did not do that work. So it was a surprise to me to discover they would not clean it. They only work on the chimney.

Technician could begetter at communicating times

Great service. Knowledgeable. Good value. Alex was my technician and he was fantastic. He explained everything he was going to do and is very thorough. Highly recommend!
