I told the company that I had a gas fireplace that needed to be inspected as part of a resale. They quoted $80 for the service. The individual who came out spoke very poor English. He was unable to determine why the fireplace would not light with the remote; rather he told us that we needed to call the gas company. There is no chimney on this fireplace; the fireplace screen will not stay in place, which he couldn't fix. In the end, he cleaned the dirty glass door and vacuumed the dirt off of the logs, which cost $207.

These guys were great. They diagnosed the chimney problem on Friday, cam back on Monday, worked all day long, cleaned up beautifully, and all for less money than we had been quoted by other firms. They were highly professional. Also took pride in their work and sent us a picture of the new lining inside the chimney!
