Description of Work: Used Precision after one of the springs on our garage door broke. They were professional and prompt. Description of Work: Nothing. I bought an Angie's List "deal" from this provider to do a garage door tuneup. They didn't contact me, so I had to go hunting for them. When I finally got in contact with the vendor, he told me that the deal was not available in Northern Virginia, where I live. That's different than the information offered when I bought the deal. The vendor was not helpful at all, did not offer to help me get my money back, etc. This is the first Angie's List "deal" I've bought, and it was nothing but trouble.

Description of Work: The technician was very prompt, courteous and professional. The garage door works like new. My only other comment is that he suggested new rollers and I thought the charge ($149) for those was a little high. But, since he was there, I went with it. It made my total cost $300, $149 for the new rollers and $149 for the Big Deal, which was a tune up and remote keyless entry pad.

Description of Work: The garage door rails where bend and making a lot of noise as well as one of the boards was bend. They replaced the rollers along with the board and straightened the rails.
