Description of Work: Repair a spring on the garage door. The service was excellent.

Description of Work: We installed two garage doors and the prices were very reasonable, very happy with the professionalism of the company and the tech that installed |the doors. We did purchase our door openers from Sears because they were |having a great sale.

Description of Work: Installed new garage door and opener. The installation appeared great but after 2 months a bolt on the door popped off which could have led to the door coming apart and falling down. Service to repair it was speedy but the technician was not professional.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's coupon for a free remote opener with service. However my garage door opener wouldn't work with it and required an additional wireless mount. This was not part of the coupon and normally would cost another $100.00. But Precision installed the wireless mount anyway and did not charge me and they fixed the problem with my door. They were great!

Description of Work: Needed garage door repair as it had problems closing, but some kind person was able to fix it for me. I cancelled the service with Precision garage doors. Both Angie's list and Precision Garage Doors customer service were extremely accommodating and helpful and made me feel that I should want to keep them in mind if I need future service.

Description of Work: Tried several times to arrange for a garage door repair and a 2-door tune up. I was told by the Precision Door representative that Angie's list had a $129 deal for a tune-up. But on Angie's list the deal says $131 off of $260 regular price (which is $129), but the charge is $208, which is $79 higher PER DOOR. I called PD back to see if the $131 discount would be honored and was told they could not honor what was posted on Angie's list. Even though I also needed to pay for repair costs on one door in addition to the 2Door tune-up, PD was unwilling to honor the discount. That plus a $50 charge just to come out for an estimate for the repairs makes doing business with Precision Doors too difficult and expensive.

Description of Work: It was horrible. The technician came out and tried to sell me things that I did need. They didn’t have the right parts and gave me things I didn’t need. I had to get a second opinion

Description of Work: We used the big deal coupon for a tune up, but knew we had a broken spring going in. We had both springs replaced, plus the overall tune up. The technician (John) did a wonderful job and was very personable. We paid $344.50 plus the big deal coupon ($129.00), the reason for my "C" rating on price. Overall we were satisfied with the service and the door still functions properly.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door on urgent basis. Came same next day to replace garage door opener but springs broke and I needed door replacement. They opened the garage door manually at my request and came back following day to install new door with new opener. Arrived a little later in the morning than expected due to previous clients. With only one guy to do the work, it took all day. Would have been nice if he'd also been able to program my car to open the door but this is a minor point.

Description of Work: Provided tune up for our garage door opener: lubricated the tracks, wheels and pulley; and provided and installed new key pad. Also, purchased additional remote ($49) which they programmed easily. After service, our 12-year-old garage door opener works like new!
