Description of Work: Chain had broken on garage door. Since the equipment was original with the house (11 years old), they replaced the garage door opener, the remotes (2), the operating switch by the door into the house, and the key-less entry keypad . Total cost was $700, which I think is high, but all done in one service call and it included installation and set up. Now garage door opens so silently, I have to look to be sure it has gone up or down when I operate it.

Description of Work: The spring on the garage door snapped in half. Called these guys and they schedule me for the next morning. Barry showed up and was very professional and nice. Had everything fixed and tuned in 30mins and even showed me where the bottom door needed a strut which visually made a difference. He finished all the work in an hour and cleaned up after himself. I'd hire them again without a doubt.

Description of Work: We signed up for the $208 garage door tune-up with roller replacement. The technician, Brian, was on time and very knowledgeable. One of the doors was desperately in need of service and Brian was helpful in explaining the options for the repair. Ultimately we decided to have the springs replaced as well as the rollers, and to have the bottom rubber strip replace on both garage doors. We are very pleased with the work done (the door is much easier to open and close now) and will use this company again in the spring to do some repairs on the other garage door.
