The young man arrived late but the company was very good about letting me know he was running late. He was very polite and got the job done fairly quickly without any problems. The garage door ran very smoothly and quietly after he was done.

The install was a as schedules and had only one issue. There was a missing part for the key locking mechanism. A satisfactory temporary lock was installed and the replacement installed by the Precision Door salesman.

I contacted this company to see about fixing my garage door opener. Derrick arrived on the appointed date, on time. He was a professional, courteous and experienced installer. He clearly explained our options, which were to either fix the system or purchase a new one. Because our existing opener was 20 plus years old, he told me that some of the small parts, which I could see had broken off, were no longer available new. He did say that he could possibly locate the parts used. Because the system was so old, I decided to not fool around with trying to get it fixed. I also asked him about replacing the entire garage door and opener. He contacted the office and came back with an excellent price. Even so, we decided we could not afford to do all of that at this time, so we opted to purchase just the opener. I also had decided to purchase a "tune-up" package through Angie's List so that we could at least have the door serviced, which will extend the amount of time before it will have to be replaced altogether. I felt no pressure to choose one option over another - Derrick just gave me the information about each and answered my questions. I will definitely call this company again when the time comes that we do have to replace the door. The discount that I received by being a member of Angie's list, along with the special deal on the tune-up, which included new rollers, meant that the total price was actually less than what I was originally told would be the cost of the new opener. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to service or purchase a garage door or opener.

The tune-up went well. I thought it was a good deal. However, I had some additional work done by them that I thought was very expensive.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I am glad the economy is going so well for this company that they can treat customers like crap expecially when they made the mistake.

While the technician was here for the tune-up I purchased on Angie's List, he found that the springs on my door would need to be replaced in the near future. There was absolutely no pressure, but I decided to do the work at that time. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. My garage door is operating as though it were new.

I thought they were expensive. I looked at prices at Lowe's and they were way less. The work was fine I just thought expensive.

Great! We've had the opener repaired repeatedly but it never seemed to work very well. Since this repair, it has consistently worked better than ever before. We plan to have another service visit in another year or two just to keep it functioning in this way.

This went very well. I phoned for my appointment, mentioning the Angie's list deal. They were very accomodating and had no problem coming out on a Saturday to do the work. On the day of, I received a call from the service man about 45 mins before his arrival. He was on time, polite and got to work first explaining to me exactly what he was going to do so there were no surprises. The work took a little under an hour. There was no trash to pick up. My garage door works wonderfully and the annoying squeek from the rollers is gone.

The person who installed the garage door came on time, finished quickly and cleaned up completely. There were two oversights in the installation. First, I had requested that there be a handle on the outside of the door; since this did not appear on the work order (which I had signed), the omission was understandable. Second, a magnet needed for the home alarm system had been removed from the old garage door and set aside, but the installer forgot to put it on the new garage door. I spoke with JR (who had written the work order for me) and he agreed to come out to the house and take care of both of these things. He did so a few days later, putting handles on both the inside and outside as well as installing the magnet in the right place, and I am perfectly satisfied with the final state of the job.

They came in and refurbished the garage door. The work went very well and the door is still working very well.

I am very happy with their job. They put rubber rollers to quiet things down. I had three garage doors done. They gave me the third for the same deal/discount price. They did not try to up-sell me. My doors are about 20 years old and are now very quiet. Before, they created a lot of noise.

Excellent service. Technician identified faulty installation causing cable tracking problem. Shimmed out mounting area to correct the problem, then completed routine tune-up tasks. Excellent service.
