I had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors from calling to make appointment to the end of the service!

Overall experience was very good. The service man showed up on time and was very polite and courteous. Excellent work was completed.

The installation went well. I think they presented me with a fair price and excellent workmanship. I would recommend them. I spoke to the owner by phone when I thought they were coming at an earlier time, and he was very responsive. Called the technicians in route and then called me back and gave me their ETA.

The representative came out in the two hour window the company gave me. He spent about 15 minutes and gave me a verbal quote. He seemed rushed and in a hurry to leave. The door I chose and the window I picked for it, I found out later from another company were incompatible. He did not explain in detail what needed to be done or leave a contract, so I didn't hire the company.

They arrived at their scheduled appointment time and immediately began to inspect the garage door system. They were proficient and friendly.

Everything went well. The guys were on time, very professional and performed work as requested.

Service was professional and prompt. I had noticed a cable was starting to fray and was anxious to get it fixed quickly as it was a serious safetly concern. I got a next-day appointment and was very happy with the work done!

They originally replaced the spring almost three years ago - it broke. When we called them, they informed us it was still covered under warranty - so the second spring was replaced without cost. They offer next day service. Would use them again.

The work performed was very good and quick. One of the doors they worked on needed additional work (an additional cost more than the 149 for the tune up). Even with the additional cost, it was a very good value. I looked at the work and the doors are much easier to lift and they close better than before. I am happy knowing the garage doors will not break on the renters and are safer than they were before.

The person that came to our house to service our garage doors was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He examined both doors, told us what needed to be done, and then completed his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Scheduling the appointment was convenient and efficient. The service technician called on the date service was scheduled to confirm the window of time when he would arrive. He then called when he was en route, and arrived at the time specified. The technician was professional and pleasant. He completed the work efficiently and upon completion explained what had been performed. We were very pleased with the quality of the service.

The tech showed up on time and explained that the rollers/springs were not on track, and fixed them. He lubricated everything, and the garage door is much quieter and smoother to operate. He also adjusted the pressure on closing, changed a few things, and it was really worth the money. Great service.

The service went great and exceeded our expectations. Our garage door (double door) is so much quieter and smoother on the track now after being serviced. The technician lubed the tracks, tighten the chain, etc. Additionally, we are very happy with the keyless entry pad that was installed. The appointment went well and was quick and easy.

Excellent workmanship, very personable and very prompt. We were very happy with the services performed and the fact that they arrived on time.

The time slot for the work was 3 PM to 5 PM. The technician, Derrick, called ahead on the day of service in that time slot to let me know his expected arrival. Derrick and I reviewed the reason for the service request. He checked the operation of the garage door and checked any issues such as noise, ease of operation, and garage door construction. He lubricated all the moving door parts, track and wheels, and chain. He asked which option included in the service, a keyless entry pad or ultra quiet rollers I desired installed, and proceeded to install the keypad. He also courteously answered all questions regarding the benefits of the ultraquiet rollers, as well as my questions regarding other issues such as the rubber dirt/insect seal at the bottom of the door not having good contact with the floor, other noises from the garage door operation , and the motor chain rubbing the garage door as it opened. He offered valuable advice on maintaining the garage door moving parts, adjusted the garage door to more firmly press down on the rubber seal, how to adjust the height of the motor so the chain will not scrape the door, and did not pressure to purchase additional services. It was a pleasant experience.

Barry the Technician arrived, introduced himself and assessed our garage door, gave me his recommendations and showed me the need for other services but gave no hard sell. He performed the tune up and added the new rollers per the coupon. I plan on doing the service with them later. He was professional, polite, and businesslike. Very pleased with this company & would recommend to others.

Everything was fine. The only issue was that they seemed to upsell. We ended up paying more than the special which was ninety-nine dollars because there were other things that were needed to be done not covered by the tune up. I pointed out some things and they said they could do that but it is not covered under the special.

It turned out well, with no problems! They tried to sell some additional services, we weren't interested but we have no complaints.

Excellent service from call to completion. We asked about replacing entire door and that quote seemed reasonable too.
