The person who came was very communicative when delayed in coming, very efficient upon arrival. Honest in assessment, fixed what needed to be fixed, provided preventative maintenance and advice. I would absolutely use this company again!

Fine, although, first technician was called back because door was not closing evenly. He added washers to the rollers to move door over. After about 6 months, I called again and another technician came and fixed with additional charge.

Selected from Angie% list due to high ratings and that it was a local firm. Phone answered promptly and cordially, appointment quick and convenient, better price vs other estimates for exact same items, installer did an excellent job. Very pleased!

The entire process went very well. We were scheduled very quickly. The tech was polite, professional and did a good job. He did routine maintenance and replaced the rollers. He did tell us our door had been installed incorrectly (by the builder), which we already knew, and gave us recommendations for repairs. We just didn't want to spend the money at that point for the door repair as it would have been expensive.

Everything went well. The techs showed up on time, refurbished the garage door, and were courteous and professional. I'll definitely use them again.

I received prompt call re scheduling. I was pleased with weekend availability. I received email with photo of technician. Technician called to inform me of arrival time and again of brief delay. Technician was friendly, professional, and responsive to my questions re a previous spring breaking.

Perfect. The gave an arrival time. The technician was there at that time. He listened to me describe my issue. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

I was happy with the service. However, I needed a new remote for the garage door opener. You can get them on line significantly cheaper for what they sell it for.

The service was very professional. Repaired what they could of our old system and then gave a detailed analysis of the problems along with estimates for new garage doors.

They did a great job on the garage door. The technician knew immediately what the problem was and even did a few adjustments on his own. He was very knowledgeable and the work was done in a timely manner. He came when he said he would. Everything worked out great. We no longer live in the area but I have referred him to the new owner of our home.

Fine... they provided the maintenance service, adjusted some things, replaced some parts. The doors run more smoothly now.

The worker arrived on time and proceeded to examine my garage door. He commented that my door was a real old one and that the wheels looked to be a different size than the ones that they normally carry. My old wheels were slightly smaller and he could not replace them. Instead, he lubricated my system, offered me a refund,, and wished me a good day.

Precision came and provided maintenance on our garage door as described in the Big Deal ($129 Garage Door Tune-Up PLUS New Ultra Quiet Rollers or a Free Key-less Entry Pad!). We chose to get the rollers versus the entry pad. Services were performed on time and we have no complaints. An estimate for additional work on our garage door (replacing springs, new opener, etc.) was also provided at our request. The cost for these additional services seems a bit high, so we are still thinking on them. If we do choose to go forward, we would definitely use this company.

Technician was unable to improve the loudness of the garage door mechanism. He did the work but he couldn't stop the loud noise. I told him I would like a refund of the money I had spent. He was very courteous and asked that I fill out a form and the money would be refunded. This seems like a very ethical company to me. There was no argument and my money was refunded shortly thereafter. I would use this company again if needed..

This is partially my fault - I purchased this deal and it wasn't in my area. When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman who answered was very rude and obviously has had no training in customer service. I asked to be directed to the branch in my area and she refused to give me any help. She explained that all the stores were independent of each other and her particular branch wasn't participating in Angie's List deal. So long story short, be sure to read the fine print.

The technician arrived with the scheduled time frame. He was professional and completed the service neatly.

The service provided was top notch. The engeer was very knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance by answering questions about remote access via keypad and auto remote I have.

The workers were professional and punctual and completed the job in a timely fashion. The garage door opening is much smoother and quieter now and they checked out everything and actually told me everything else looked fine and did not attempt to strong arm me into unneeded and expensive additional services. After they had put their tools away they noticed the cover on the garage light fixture was loose so they got their ladder back out to fix it. Since I hadn't noticed it myself, I know there are many workers who would have just ignored it and left, so I appreciated the extra attention to detail.

Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Asked his opinion on the changing the rollers on the garage door or taking the keypad. He recommended the rollers and boy was he correct. The garage door rolls much smoother and quieter.

I bought a discount coupon for a 25 point safety inspection for both doors and called Precision to make an appointment, but got a message that they were experiencing high call volumes so I hung up without leaving a message. A short time later I got a call from them stating that they knew they had missed a call from my number and hoped I would forgive the delay. I've never had a company proactively return a dropped service call - this was a good first impression! I made an appointment for a week later (they offered a sooner appointment but I wasn't available). There was a hiccup with scheduling but everyone from the dispatcher to the driver took personal responsibility for getting it resolved quickly and with no inconvenience to me. On the day of my appointment, the technician showed up on time, was affable and professional and very capable. He diagnosed a problem I had been having with one of my openers and quickly fixed it, conducted the inspection and maintenance and explained the outcomes to me. He gave me a quote for some additional repairs that are needed but did not pressure me at all about scheduling them. This is a company that understands better than most what customer service is. Sometimes the best indication of a good customer service organization is how they handle slip-ups and how much their employees take it upon themselves to make sure things go smoothly. Precision's employees treated me as a valued customer and respected my time. They also did the work I needed quickly and professionally. Thank you!
