Called first thing in the morning and was given a service window of 10-12; Jay arrived a little after 9:30 and got right to work. He snaked the drain and treated both the laundry sink and the kitchen sink (with disposal) with an enzymatic cleaner and recommended that we continue to use a similar cleaner on a regular basis. The work was done quickly, Jay was friendly and professional, and he was out the door by 10:10. Overall a very satisfactory experience, we are getting caught up on laundry and I would not hesitate to call day or night again for speedy service.

The cost was $59 just to come out, they said they would give an estimate, but they didn't. He did about an hour of work with no major parts purchased and then said it'd be $500. He actually said it would have been $800 but he was giving me a deal. Other than that, the work looks fine, I just don't like to be ripped off. He didn't even write out an estimate, he just said it was the best he could do. He just came up with a number.

Arrived in a timely fashion with a call before hand. Very professional. I thought that the price was high but I wanted to get it done. The installer then pointed out that another part of the work was slightly damaged before he started so I asked him how much that would cost to fix, he cam back with an addition $300. I basically said that there is no way I'm paying another $300 for a part that might cost $25 since it was actually part of the work. He called the office and they said it would be free. The job is done and I have ice now! I am satisfied but I feel I still payed too much. I also feel that the line could have been run a little better, but I wasn't on top of him watching every move.

Technicians provided wrong diagnosis of leak at main water pipe. They quoted $6,700 for a repair that another company fixed for $500. They also quoted $300 for the service on the furnace (another company performed service for $114). Technicians tried to pressure us into letting us perform the work by saying that the cost would go up if we didn't agree right away.

We made the appt. that morning, and they arrived by noon. Kevin was awesome, it was not an easy job, he kept snaking the sink pipes and hitting a brick-wall (3-4 times). Almost 3 hours into the job he made it past the block. When he pulled over 30 feet of snake back out, an old balled up wash rag (or something of that nature), was wrapped around the end and we are now clog free. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and mommas happy, which means everyone else here is happy. Kevin was a dream and we'll definitely use these guys again should the need ever arise.

The company was able to respond to our service request before other local companies. However, the cost of the toilet replacement was approximately $200 more than competitors ($580 + $59 service fee). The work done on the leaky faucet resulted in a slight increase in the volume of leakage from the shower head. The technician admitted that the leak was still there, and stated that the companies carpenter would contact us to provide a quote on repair of the leak, as it was beyond the technicians ability. The carpenter has yet to contact us, so we will be following up shortly. We were still charged $197 for the work on the faucet, despite the problem persisting. We were told by the technician that if we had their company to repair the problem again then they would credit us half of the $197.

Called them to replace cracked pan under washing machine - was very specific over phone. Plumber came out, thought we needed a new laundry tub, couldnt give a quote on the pan because the person he needed to talk to wasnt in office. Told me the washing machine might be draining into the wrong line (its not), but he could fix it. Declined his offer. He promised to call back the next day with a quote on the pan. Several days later, the office called to schedule installation of "laundry tub." Said I was displeased, never got a quote on what I needed, she gave phone to someone else, who said the problem was that they needed to special order a pan because mine was a "custom" situation. Told him I bought a standard one for $20 at Thomas Summerville (plumbing supply house), and Id already had it installed and he clammed up. Got the distinct impression they were trying to make things seem harder to charge more because I was a female. Will never use this company.

The company responded within a timely manner. The work was completed without minimal stress to the family. They were very professional and did an outstanding job a very minimal fee. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and would gladly use them again.

I was able to schedule an appointment rather quickly. The plumber was very prompt, extremely professional, very neat and efficient. He demonstrated honesty by advising me against some work I had thought necessary. Even though the repairs were expensive, this company has invariably given me complete satisfaction as to the quality of their work and their professionalism. Incidentally, the cost included a $59 service agreement and it allowed for a $25 coupon.

I called Day or Night for our clogged toilet, and their plumber arrived within the hour. I was extremely satisfied with the quick response. Both the dispatcher and plumber were helpful and professional.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND THEY DO VERY, VERY GOOD WORK, BUT THEY ARE ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE. THE PRICE IS WORTH IT WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE, BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE.

WORKER WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. WORK IS CHARGED BY FLAT RATE NOT BY THE HOUR.

WORKER WAS PUNCTUAL AND CAME ON A SATURDAY. WORKER WAS PLEASANT, ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WORKER WAS EFFICIENT AND PERFORMED WORK WITH MINIMUM DISRUPTION.
