Description of Work: THE OWNER, CHUCK ARNOLD BASICALLY TOLD ME HE WOULDN'T DO THE JOB BECAUSE HE DIDN'T THINK HE COULD SATISFY ME DO TO HOW I SPOKE TO HIM. I JUST FELT THAT HIS POLICY OF CHARGING ME REGULAR PRICE FOR THE OVERAGE WAS UNFAIR. I DIDN'T MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR HAVING A LARGER HOUSE BUT THOUGHT I SHOULD PAY AT THE SAME RATE AS THE "BIG DEAL".

Description of Work: First the company asked us to send photos of the exterior of our house. We did that. Now they want us to measure the exterior of the house. We really have no way of doing this and no desire to have any dealings with a company that needs us to do all the work. We will purchase our own power washer.

Description of Work: I needed my house power washed within a couple weeks because I wanted to sell it. Hydro-Clean could not to the work in the time I needed so I found someone else to power wash the house.

Description of Work: Unable to perform services. Company was polite and honest on the phone. Advised tile cleaning could not be completed due to the 3rd story location of my master bath. I appreicated the honesty prior to making arrangments to have them come out.

Description of Work: Did not return my calls for a couple of days. Scheduled my appointment for 7/22/13, which is too late.

Description of Work: Service provider requested pictures of the house, along with measurements. They stated the work would require additional charges since the square footage exceeded their offer maximum of 2,000 sq. ft. The additional charges nearly doubled the price, with only a 600 sq. ft. increase in coverage. It was basically a gimmic to get someone to sign up and then agree to pay the additional amount. However, they were not rude or non-communicative in the correspondence they sent.

Description of Work: I did not know until I called the company that they do not pressure wash aluminum siding. That would have been good information to have in their listing. Otherwise, the company was very polite and professional.

Description of Work: The service company was responsive and scheduled everything. Except they found out they don't service my area. So I am requesting a refund.

Description of Work: The estimate was over $1600. This is four times asmuch as I have paid to other companies power washing the same house.

Description of Work: Cleaned and treated for stains 3 carpeted rooms, a hall and stairway, an area rug and an upholstered chair. The results were very good. The work took slightly longer than I had been told it would. I am having the company back this week to clean most heavily traveled areas.

Description of Work: The cleaner provided us a 3 hour window. At the end of the 3 hours we called and they said they would be delayed because the previous customer asked for some additional services which caused the delay. We were to meet with a Realtor to list out home, but will have to delay after finding a more reliable carpet cleaner.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Two men did the work. Before they started one of the men proceeded to tell me what it would cost to move this and that piece of furniture. I always thought a carpeted room was just cleaned and the furniture was moved accordingly. Of course, we did not expect them to move heavy pieces like china.cabinets, etc. From now on I will be sure there are no hidden costs when I call for my carpet to be cleaned. It was not long before stains were back in the family room.

Description of Work: I had a deal for $199 for tile cleaning, and I hired HydroClean to also seal my tiles grrout (it had never been done) for an additional $200. The tile floor looked like it had just been installed. Great perople, very very professional. Both days they were punctual and highly efficent. I was working from home, and they were so quiet I actually forgot they were in the next room.

Description of Work: The technicians were professional and punctual and did a great job cleaning the grout in the ceramic tile in my foyer and bathroom.
