I contacted Air Duct Pros on-line and quickly received an estimate for work requested. At that time, they advised when the professionals would be available (within one week). I then scheduled the appointment online and received a quick confirmation. It was so simple and painless, that I contacted their office on Monday to make certain that everything was in order. It was. The professionals arrived on time and worked for about two hours. They reviewed everything with me before they started, as well as when they finished. They were personable and very professional. After they arrived, I decided to have the air dryer filter cleaned and deodorizer applied. I am very pleased with their service.

Excellent service! I call at 10am and due to a cancellation they were able to come out that afternoon. The guys, Duane and his assistant, were very professional and did an great job of cleaning up after themselves as well as explaining the process and conditions they found. They were right on time and called 30 minutes before scheduled time to say they were on their way.

The guys that came to the house were very professional. They went about and beyond the call of duty. First I had to reschedule my appointment with them twice. And on the day that service was to be performed, my fianc was delayed in traffic so we called the guys and explained to situation to them. They were very understanding and ended up waiting for over half and hour for us to let them in the house.

I called, set up an appointment, got an estimate and they came as scheduled and did the job for $50 less then the estimate. Since my return ducts were too small for a power brush, they had to manually clean them and the cleaner felt the cleaning was not as thorough as a power cleaning he reduced the cost.

The company rep gave me an estimate via email followed by a hard copy in the mail a few days later. The appointment was scheduled for 12 noon on the day I requested. That morning I got a call that the team was running a little late and would it be okay if they came at 1pm. I was pleased that they called, as I wouldn't have been surprised if they came an hour late without calling. The job was completed within a few hours and the tech made sure I looked around and was satisfied before they left. There were a couple of spots that remained, but all in all I thought they did an excellent job. The price was higher than the estimate because I miscounted the number of areas to be cleaned when I got the estimate on line. Also, one area was extremely large and would ordinarily have been counted as two, but they included it in the price.

They responded to my call very quickly and were here to clean in a couple days. They explained what they were going to do, asked if I wanted to see a photo of before and after and went quickly about their work and were finished in about 3 hours.

Everything went great. From the online live chat price quote and appointment booking to the actual work performed. The team arrived on time (around 9 am as promised) performed the work needed in a timely and professional manner.

Everything went great. Our ductwork and vents were filthy from the previous owners and from renovations. They even cleaned out the area in the dryer by the lint filter (which I think was actually more dirty than the hose itself), so I was very appreciative of that. I had been worried that it was a fire hazard. Very professional and friendly.

They were very good! I would highly recommend them.

Things went smoothly until billing. They accidentally charged my card three times instead of once. When I looked at my on-line statement and saw the error, I called them and they corrected the problem that day by crediting the two charges that were erroneous. After watching them clean the dryer duct, I was glad that it was cleaned but figure I could probably buy the device they were using and do it myself in the future. They did warn me that the Sporicidin would smell strongly before they sprayed and they also sprayed more than just the ducts because they saw mold growing in some other corners of my basement.

The project went very well. The crew included Duane Loverde and his assistant Mike. Duane explained the entire process, and showed me the buildup from the dryer vent. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Great experience. Very professional and friendly service. Used the $50 offer from Angie's List. Total bill net of discount was $200. I have noticed less dust, etc since the ducts were cleaned. Worth the investment.

They called to ask if they could come a half hour earlier than schedule. They explain all that was being done and made a suggest to clean my dryer vent. They were very polite and cleaned when they finish.

I called to get an estimate and Duane called me back right away. He was very helpful in answering questions I had over the phone. They came 2 days later. On their way, they were stuck in some traffic so they called me to let me know they were running late, which was nice. We have a very old home and we had mold growing on insulation that lines the inside of our ducts. The brush system they use is great because instead of just blowing air through the vents, they actually clean from each register & are really able to get everything with the brush. Their soft brush got the mold off & didn't harm insulation. The additional sanitizing spray should be sure to kill any mold that might be left. I didn't realize a video inspection is $100 extra, so I opted for not doing that, but they made sure to show me things as they worked and even took a couple of pictures on their phone. I could tell things were getting very clean. I'm glad I got the dryer vent done; there was a hair clog.

This was the most painless process ever! From the minute I connected with Melissa at Air Duct Pros. I knew this was the company. In addition to describing in detail what the process entailed, and helping me fit the cleaning into a crazy service schedule. I used the $50 off coupon in the recent Angie's List publication. Instead of paying $250 to clean 10 registers and air return ducts, it only cost me $200! In addition, the technician took pictures of the dirt that came out of the ducts, since I wasn't there to witness it myself! Now that's customer service.

They did the job quickly and efficiently, and they even gave me advice on a filter to use.

The process was easy and professional. Duane and Alvin were prompt, friendly and professional. They answered my questions, worked quickly and did a great job. Duane suggested a permanent air filter which will cut down on overall cost and is a good environmental decision too. I was very impressed and happy with their work.

After the servicemen finished the air duct and dryer vent cleaning, I viewed what I thought had been done. The air ducts were cleaned, but the dryer vent had not been cleaned at all. I had to hire another company to come out and clean the dryer vent because it was not drying my clothes properly. {The dryer vent was the initial reason for hiring someone to clean the air ducts and dryer vent}. I discovered that the dryer vent had not been cleaned at all, and this could have caused a fire. I believe that Air Duct Pros was dishonest in the manner that this situation was handled, and I will not trust them again. The work that was promised and the work that was actually done were very different. I do not recommend them for future Angie's List clients.

Excellent job. Duane and Mike arrived exactly on time, did a thorough and professional job and cleaned up as they worked. The price was based on the size of our house and I feel we received good value for our money. I have already recommended Air Duct Pros to a co-worker.

After reading all the positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Air Duct Pros. I believe it was on a Sunday and still Duane answered. He was able to come to my home that Friday. He and his partner showed up exactly on time and got to work right away taking just under two hours to finish cleaning all the vents, returns, furnace and dryer vent in my home. As the other descriptions stated, Duane was extremely professional and explained the process to me thoroughly. Both Duane and Michael were thorough and yet personable. I found the cost incredibly feasable. I fully intend to make Air Duct Pros a regular part of my home maintenance plan and highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.
