We purchased a whole-house air duct cleaning from Air Duct Pros through a deal offered on Angie's List's. The price was great and they performed the service as expected.

They came on time, were professional, did the work as promised, and did not try to upsell us. When they first came, they did not realize our house is set far back from the street, so they had to come back with a truck that allowed them to do the work from farther away. I guess my only complaint is that we could have sorted this out before they arrived the first time.

I have two cats and a son with allergies and had been needing to get my air ducts cleaned for a while. I saw a deal for Air Duct Pros and decided to act on it. I scheduled a time for them to come and then had a family emergency one day before they were scheduled. They were very understanding and willing to reschedule to a time that was convenient for me. They arrived promptly for my appointment and were very professional. They made every effort to keep things neat. They explained what they were doing and even pointed out things that I could do to help keep the allergens down in the house. My only two complaints were that when they cleaned the dryer vent they made no effort to "catch" all the dryer lint that came out of the vent. Also, I had been very careful to paint all the screws on my return air vents to match the paint of the wall and the vent. Unfortunately I did not notice until after they left that they had not replace the vents with my painted screws but instead had used large, unattractive bolts that bent the metal frame of the vents. I would use them again but would make sure to let them know to use the original screws.

The technicians who performed the duct cleaning carried out the job in an efficient and professional manner. They arrived at my home promptly at the agreed upon time. They answered all of my questions related to the job in a clear, easy-to-understand way. They showed me what the duct work looked before the cleaning and then what it looked like after the cleaning. All in all, I was very pleased with the work performed and would certainly use this company again.

I purchased one of Angie's specials for air duct cleaning. Everything went smoothly. I called to make the appointment and was able to schedule a day and time that was convenient for me. They showed up on time and went right to work. The guys were very professional and curteous. Everything was cleaned up when the job was finished.

From the purchase of the BIG DEAL, through scheduling and service all went great. The techs were informative and attentive, the only "ding" that i have to offer was that they left a few screws out of the registers. But then again, who doesn't have a few screws loose... The cleaning process took about 1.5 hours and was very noisy with hoses and cords run through the house, we have dogs and that was a big deal with them. If I had stopped to think about it, I would have been able to plan for that contingency. All and all, a great process, a great deal and good people.

We moved into a new home that is 40 years old, that had about 40 years of dust collected in all the air ducts. Running the a/c meant that we would have dust EVERYWHERE. Air Duct Pros came out and thoroughly explained everything that they would be doing and showed me all the before and afters. So gross! We couldn't be happier with the results and Air Duct Pros.C

Decent experience overall. Crew arrived, explained nature of work, then set up the equipment. During the cleaning process, technician showed inside of ducts before and after cleaning. Work was performed quickly, any any mess was cleaned up before the crew left.

I was aware that most of the ads for a $49.00 whole-house duct cleaning were scams, so I sought a reputable company on Angie's List with which to do business. The secretary called me early in the morning to give me an ETA for the technicians' arrival, and they were very punctual. Given that I had just had my hardwood floors refinished, I asked that they remove their shoes, which they did willingly and kept them off for the duration of the job. The lead technician explained to me the work that was being done; I had no idea that air duct cleaning involved so much technical knowledge. I will definitely use the same company in the future and already have recommended them to a coworker.

don't pull the dryer out and clean from the inside-they just cleaned it from the outside.) They did a fine job otherwise-just embarrassed it didn't dawn on me I was only paying for 1/2 the house-seemed kind of a waste-not their fault though because their information was up front about it.

Company did a pretty good job cleaning out ducts. The only reason I gave them a B is that I went into some of the ducts for the floor recently to do some work and I found a lot of debris in them that should have been taken out with the cleaning. It was clear that the floor ducts hand not been checked thoroghly. However, they did a pretty good job and I would use them again.

They arrived and did a great job. The ducts are still clean even a year later. They were polite and efficient.
