This was especially important to us because we'd recently had construction done in the house and a lot of dust had been created. Also, the house is 7 years old, and it's likely the ducts were never cleaned. We were very pleased with the results.

FANTASTIC - I would recommend this company!! First off they called and continued to stay in contact with me until the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called to tell me they were on their way. When they got here they were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me. I have 2 systems and they even said they didn't have to clean the 2nd system because it was clean! Really great as most of the Air Duct people usually will try to find something wrong. I cant say enough and they are well worth the price paid! Actually be warned anyone charging anything less you are need to be careful as they will upcharge you for everything...Air Duct pros are the best and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

He explained everything he was going to do first. After he removed the return vents, which were very dirty, he took them outside to squirt them off and brought them back in nice and clean. I was also shown the "before" cleaning and then the "after" cleaning. What a difference! Each vent was cleaned throughout the house and any mess was removed and cleaned up before they left. All in all, it was a great experience!

It went alright. No negative comments. I don’t really remember anything stand out about their service. There were no additional costs with the Big Deal.

The work done by Air Duct Pros Inc. turned out very good. They did a great job. Their lead man was very knowledgeable. Whatever he was doing, he seemed like he really cared. Everybody had good knowledge of what they were doing.

It worked out great. They came in and took care of everything. The house smelled different when I came home from work, like it just smelled cleaner.

They were very good - a very good group of guys. They were punctual, professional, and very clean. It's a family owned business, and they were very honest. They didn't do any extra work that didn't need to be done. They answered all my questions very patiently. I was very pleased with the work. They also called ahead to let me know when they were on their way. They were very conciencious about where to get their energy supply from in the house - they asked before they did anything. They were very respectful and I liked that.

The crew showed up right on time. They ran hoses in to the house and fed flexible brushing through the registers, hooking their vacuum up to holes they cut in the main lines of the return to suck all the junk out. They showed me pictures of the before and after in the main lines, and the buildup of ick in them before cleaning was impressive - the vents had never been cleaned in the lifetime of the house, it seems. Due to the presence of some rust and unidentified "black junk" in some of the lines, including one by the sink where I know there is ample opportunity for water to get into the vents, they recommended a disinfectant treatment, but they didn't give me any sort of hard sale or scare tactics on it - they just presented the info and let me decide if I thought it was necessary. Since the price seemed reasonable (if I remember correctly, around $100), I went ahead and did it. After the cleaning, the company followed up by e-mail to make sure I was satisfied. The unidentified musty odor that had been plaguing the house dissappeared! All in all I was quite satisfied with the service.

We had a new dryer installed and upon 1st use it smelled like something was burning. THe dryer vent that leads outside was clogged. Having just spent a lot of money on a new dryer I wasted no time to get the vent cleaned. AIr Duct PRos was extremely responsive and I was able to come a few days later. They were quick and got the job done. Thank you.

The companies schedule is not customer friendly their last appointments are at 2pm.

They were fine. I thought they were professional and truthful and apparently I didn't really need their service. Even though I didn't benefit very much they were good at what they did. I would use them again if needed.

Dwayne and his assistant were very professional and very nice. They did a great job and the house was left clean (no debris or any mess). I would strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors. The discount from Angies list was wonderful too!

The appointment was arranged and they came on time. I wasn't too happy with the service. They had taped in a piece on top of the hole and shortly after they left, it came off. A lot of people put metal screws in those to hold them up. I didn't think that the fan they used was very strong but that's the only thing I ever had done so I don't have anything to compare it to. They weren't here for very long so I just think I didn't get the whole deal.

It begins with Melissa. Melissa was very professional over the phone and with handling any necessary information. She was very clear about the pricing and scheduling. Their website does a very good job of painting a picture, of those $99.99 Pennysaver companies that will truly hustle you. When I read their descriptions of those companies, it was almost what I experienced to a tee. Melissa's communication was swift and on point. I can't quite remember the name of the two guys that came to do the work, but they were both very down to earth. They did a good job of, not only explaining the difference between what they would do and what was done (or not done, by the previous company I used), but of executing their strategy. Considering the reality that my ducts hadn't been cleaned in years, the air circulation improved significantly once they completed their work. They stayed to make sure the job was done right and it was done very well. The price didn't suddenly change after they arrived. The price that Melissa gave me is the same price those guys gave me. Air Duct Pros is a very respectable company.

Air Duct Pros did a great job cleaning my air ducts and dry vent. They showed up on time (with a 15 minute call ahead) and got the job done promptly. Could not recommend them more.
