Description of Work: We had an oriental rug that our cat had decided to use as a litter box over time. They got the stains and the smell out and the rug is as good as new. They were responsive and professional and picked up and dropped off the rug with no issues. They even arranged with another provider to have the fringe replaced for us. I am very happy with the service I received.
