Description of Work: They are my regular housecleaning company. The work has been fine. We have been using their services for probably about 30 years. They are reliable, they let you know when they are coming, and they show up when they say they are going to do.

Description of Work: I had hired The Maids out of the Glen Burnie office to clean my house weekly for over a year. They did not do a very good job andf on several occasions one of the workers was caught eating my food and reading my magazines that had come in the mail. This company charges by the hour. I had stopped services for a month while my master bedroom and bath was being remodeled. I wanted them to come in and clean before a holiday party and they wanted to charge me $220.00 eventhough they were told that the master bedroom/bath would not need to be cleaned. When she stated that "we charge by the hour" and she anticipated it would take an extra hour to clean even absent the bedroom bath, I was reminded of the image of her worker eating my cashews and reading my magazine while standing in my kitchen!
