Wholesome family owed business. It was comforting to know RJ was receptive to what I wanted and brought his expertise to bring my driveway to perfection.

Very professional organization. It was good to have three generations of owners working alongside the crew in a very orchestrated fashion. They were very attentive from the initial meeting all the way through to the finished product. They may have been slightly more expensive but you knew from the beginning their goal was quality first, profit second.

RJ & Sons had by far more reviews that the other candidates and I assumed that meant more experience and professionalism. My assumptions were correct. The equipment they brought to the job was impressive. Plenty of people and equipment to get the job done in less than a day. No regrets so far.

Attention to detail

It took a little longer than I was told, but the work was very good. I was also given a lower cost when I paid cash. The guys were very cool and keep me up-to-date. I was told it would take one day, but it took two days. The ground under the original pavement was softer then they expected, so it needed a second coat, and I cannot park on it for about a week. No big deal. I have another place to park.

RJ pavement, did exactly what he said he would do when it came to resurfacing our driveway. His price was competitive and quality was high. We hope the driveway last years. Regards John

Never completed the job after talking with him (Blake ) he, well he did do it not himself his workers put in a drive way they did not angle the drive way .So the rain now washes away the dirt under my side walk ask him to come back out to put in the curb so it keeps the dirt under the side walk. He said it would be another $500.00 to do it. told him ok I just needed it up and never came by so my husband called and ask him if he was going to come out. He had some words and then Blake just never came out to make it right or called to let us know except to tell my husband if he not there on Friday to get some one else. That was great way to have this message out so no one else get the bad job.

The rating of this company shows the quality of their work. Blake, the company representative, is knowledgeable, professional and timely with communication. As with anything, the true test of a company is when there is a problem...we had a problem with understanding the work to be done and the true gems of this company were on the spot, the Owner and his son (Grandfather and Father), who handled the mix-up with style and class. I can see why the company continues to be successful with them at the helm.

The price was reasonable, the work quality was good and the contact was friendly. I called them several times to ask questions and they were always courteous. They did a good job and I've saved their information for contact in around 3 years when my new driveway needs to be resealed.

I was told I would get a contact with a one year written warranty. I have requested this contact 3 times now and all 3 times was told I would get it but never did. I also requested a tiny bit of asphalt to keep my clean out from being a tripping hazard and was told that would be looked at when they brought the contact but that was a no call no show also. The overall job was quick and efficient and looks good. If not for the lack of follow up I would have used this company for other projects.
