+ 1 moreI am moving into a home that the previous tenants smoked inside for 6 plus years. Just imagine the filth! I contacted Flood and Fire Response and they came out the next morning to give me an estimate. I called them that evening once I got the approval front the home owner and they changed everything around to get out to the home the following morning. I woke up to INCHES of snow and so worried they may cancel. Not only did they not cancel but they showed up on time and did AN AMAZING JOB! I was going to cancel the lease but now, I am happy to say that thanks to Flood and Fire Response I can move in tomorrow!

+ -1 moreWe run a small community theater. Our lobby, box office, bathrooms and part of our conference room were flooded during a recent plumbing break. Because we had rented our facility to a community function, we were under a tight schedule to remove the mold before the rental date. Flood & Fire Response came in on very short notice and did a great job removing all damaged materials, mitigating the mold and rebuilding all water damaged walls and ceiling tiles within 2 weeks. I was particularly impressed with how they cleaned up every day, so all construction areas was usable. Also, they matched the newly painted walls with our existing colors so well, I can’t tell where they patched the walls. I heartily recommend Flood & Fire Response for any mold remediation job you have.

Everything was excellent recommend this company to everyone. They did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: I notice water coming from my window and just had basement redone. Went on my phone and found this company. The guys were excellent they went right to work and clean up behind themselves. The young man was very nice and knowledgeable. He came back Monday to put machines in and seal wall. The experience was calming. Very impress with this company! and pricing reasonable. They were not over charging PEOPLE! Recommend this company 100%.

We had our water heater leak and flooded our basement. We called Flood and Fire Response to come and help us. Our insurance deductible is very high and we were hoping we can get it done without spending a lot of money or use our insurance. Even though it was a Sunday, the techs arrived promptly, explained our options, gave us price, and once we agreed to the service, they took care of it very quickly. We are very happy with the service provided.
