Description of Work: The value of the service is estimated at a rate for a frost-free hose bib. It is not a frost-free repair. There was no sealer placed around the gap left and the bib is not mounted to the wall. I think for $99 I probably got exactly what I paid for---I did not get a $285 value for the $99 cost. The plumber stated that the picture you posted was of a hose bib--he meant only to provide an interior nozzle replacement. He felt Angie's list messed up on the advertisement. I am disappointed with the whole experience and do not trust using Angie's List and will not recommend it to anyone.

Description of Work: Installed the 50 Gallon Water Heater on Tuesday 05 / 13 /2014 at 12106 Pawnee Drive, Gaithersburg, MD. Shawn & Mike were very professional in answering all the questions. It is worth mentioning that, we had earlier called JDM Heating & Air conditioning, LLC on 05/09/2014 and they kept us waiting & waiting till we called the Elite group. We will not recommend JDM for any work. We are thankful to Angie's for recommending Elite. Keep up the good work Angie's.

Description of Work: Even though they could not perform the service (coupon was somewhat unclear), they did arrive and were very professional explaining what the coupon did and did not cover. The offered to perform an outdoor faucet replacement under the original coupon (for indoor valve) if it was accessible from the inside, which unfortunately it was not. Still, I would consider using them based on the short and courteous interaction I had with them.

Description of Work: This plumbing company did good work, but at an incredibly high price. Basically, they snaked/cleared slow drains in two bathroom sinks for a combined cost of $428. They also included some other minor work, such as inspecting the source of a leak in a shower hose (they did not have the replacement part, so could not repair) for "free," but the overall cost was very high even after application of the "$99 for $200 worth of plumbing services" coupon. I will not use them again.
