Description of Work: The man left me a message saying that he would be at my house between 9 and noon. Never showed. I called him at 1:00 and he said since I hadn't called him back, he thought I wasn't home. Problem was, he never asked me to call him to confirm. He just said that was the window in which he would be there. He installed 2 different outdoor faucets. Over the subsequent months, I noticed that something was making the outside of the house look wet beneath both of the faucets. I emailed him to ask why that would be and never heard from him. I have turned off the water to the outside faucets and now only turn it on when we need it.

Description of Work: They replaced a faucet on the outside-which did not stop the leak. They gave us an expensive estimate for the replacement of other faucets (when compared with other reputable plumbers later). Glad we did not go with them.

A company that he referred to me removed the toilet and the sink base.damaged wall,carpet and has not been seen sine that time. |Following several calls I have decided to contact a firm that is widely known-------

Description of Work: He was asked to fix running toilet. He checked all toilets and said they needed to be replaced while his assistance supposedly fixed bad toilet. It still ran after he left. Called other plumber to fix and he said they did not cut hose to right length. This plumber just wants to sell new toilets and is completely incompetent in doing work. The window was open when they left and I could hear them saying that the running toilet had new hardware and I was stupid not having them replace it. The follow up plumber said they were wrong.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List coupon which gave credit to a service call and a discount on a service. I explained the service to the provider on the phone and we agreed on a price. When the worker showed up to provide the service, the price went from about $100 to about $499. I rejected the service and threw the Angie's List coupon away, wasting my cost of the coupon.

Description of Work: They replaced my toilet which was clogged with some sort of bottle. They were professional and nice, perhaps overpriced what I have heard from some friends, but I do not know how much my friend's replacement toilet cost. They cleaned up when finished. One negative: they did tell me they would break the toilet at the dump and tell me what had been clogging it, but they did not follow up on that one.

The Bathroom Blockage remains a problem less than 24hr and still does. |When contacted , a Telephone Responder said the warranty on the bathroom Blockage fix job which the Company charged almost. $700.00 for, a TownHouse Bathroon, a Residential not a commercial bathroom, hardly used if at all, only last 48 hrs even though The Invoice / Receipt actually indicated 30 day Warranty. |My impression of the Technician sent to this Property who I only spoke to on the Phone and never met was not pleasant
