Description of Work: Money paid through an Angie's ad, but they have not called to schedule anything. It's been a week. So: money is out there, but no service performed or scheduled. I will probably ask for $$ back since I am still within the 30 day Angie's guarantee. Very pitiful. Will also probably drop Angie service -- this is the second time this has happened.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal coupon at $850 for $1000 of plumbing services. I had an outside spigot shut off valve, located inside the house in a water heater closet, I wanted replaced. I went to Home Depot and purchased two toilets and two vanities with tops and faucets I wanted installed. I also wanted 6 plastic on/off water valves that connect to the vanities and toilets replaced with metal ones that I had bought. I had also bought all the water lines and PVC drain pipes for the install. I did need the vendor to supply the parts for the water shutoff valve and a toilet flange. It was $29.00 service fee, $289.00 for the shutoff valve install, $169.00 toilet flange install, $930.00 to install 2 vanities, $410.00 to install 2 toilets and $95.00 to change to 6 water inlet valves for a total of $1922.00. This greatly exceeded what I expected to pay since the majority of the job was just labor. As far as the punctuality and professionalism, the first day that the work was to be done he called to say he was on another job and he could come and see what I wanted done but he would need to return to the job in progress. The next day he said he would be able to start my job after lunch or a little earlier. He did not show up till 4pm. He then wrote me the itemized estimate for $1922.00. I choose not to have the work done.

Description of Work: Although I wasn't able to take advantage of the original deal of an outside faucet replacement, the plumber fixed my leaky bathtub faucet quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: We asked them to install a new kitchen faucet that we had purchased, and to replace two water shut-off valves also. Shawn and his partner arrived on time, and did a very professional job. We were very pleased with the results and will most likely use them again when the occasion arises.

Description of Work: The plumber and his assistant replaced faucet in the wall outside. They also performed inspection and they found the insignificant leak of water in one of the bathrooms. They fixed it for additional $189.00.
