Once we firmed up the appointment, he came a little late, looked at my hose faucet, and explained that the deal was somehow misrepresented, and it was not to replace my outside bib. He Gave me two options which were more costly, and said I could decline the offer if I wanted to, since it wasn't clear. He was nice, and seemed to know what he was talking about.

Shawn was terrific! We made the decision to repipe the house after a leak that required demolishing drywall to access. He explained everything that would need to be done and provided options and different quotes. Every time I called before or during (and even after) the work was completed he was very responsive and took time to help answer my questions. He even came to my house to explain a few things I was confused about and gave my husband some terrific tips on things we can do now to decrease the chance of major issues later. He was responsive, punctual and knowledgable. I knew he was really busy but he still found time to squeeze in coming to check on a few things for us. He stayed late more than once to make sure the job was done as scheduled as to not delay the construction company. He was really great and thoughtful and both my husband and I were very happy with the work done.

The deal turned out not to be something I did not need. There was some confusion in the deal description. However, he was very straightforward and I would use him in the future.

Needless to say, it was not going to be easy or cheap! Shawn Cowart (owner of company) came out the first day and told me to get other estimates before I settled on him. Every contractor said it was going to be a major job and very expensive. When I finally made my decision to go with Elite Plumbing, I was not disappointed. His crew left very little evidence that my entire exterior water pipes were replaced. The company has invested in major equipment that allows them not to have to dig the entire way,(less disruption to my lawn) He dug 5 major holes to replace 150 feet of water line. It was also Shawn's idea to increase my water line size if there was any chance I was going to add another bathroom in the future. I thought that was good forethought on his part, since in fact, we will eventually finish our basement and add a full bath. It only took one day and we were very happy with our experience. We also have had Elite Plumbing back out yesterday to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. I called him at noon and he was here by 5pm. Elite plumbing knows how to take care of their past clients!! Needless to say, I was thrilled to get such prompt service.

Shawn arrived on a cold day to replace outside faucet--an Angie list deal. With no encouragement from me he removed snow from my diriveway and sidewalk. This voluntary action immediately endeared him to me as I am 75 and 100% disabled from my time in the Army. He explained, in detail, what he was going to do. He proceeded to replace the outside faucet, inspect all plumbing in my house and spent a long time with my wife discussing a toilet replacement and a new shower head. He was patient and informative. He accessed toilet info on his Iphone and discussed what needed to be done. He also talked about the possible need to install a new water heater. Never during these discussions did he pressure us to contract work in addition to the Angie coupon work. I was impressed and pleased!

I bought Angie's "Big Deal" - "$99 for a Shut-off Valve Replacement for Your Outside Hose Faucet." Shortly after I purchased it, Shawn from The Elite Service Plumber called, and we agreed on the appointment. While discussing the work to be done, we discovered a misunderstanding between the plumber and Angie's List. The plumber meant replacement of the shut-off valve indoors, while the picture on Angie's List showed the outside water spigot. So, I thought that I will be getting that water spigot. Shawn apologized for the confusion, and said that he will nevertheless honor the deal, even though outside water spigots are more expensive to replace. Shawn came right on time, even though I knew that traffic on I-270 was bad. He explained that replacing the spigot would involve cutting a hole in the drywall to access the spigot from inside the house. Since the deal was set up originally for the indoor shut-off valve, such work has not been included, and, therefore, has to be paid separately. I found this explanation reasonable, and asked how much it would cost in addition to the $99 I had already paid. He said $160. I felt that the price was a little high for making a hole in the drywall. I think, I could have done it myself in preparation for the visit had I known that it's needed. Still, the price was not too bad, so, I agreed to it. The work did not include fixing the drywall at the end because it's not what plumbers do. Shawn was very courteous and professional, and did a clean work. It was all done under an hour. Next time I need a plumber I would certainly consider Shawn.

The team was professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. I have done very minor plumbing work in the past as well as observed my share of jobs over the years. I could immediately tell that they were pros and had no concern with the work they performed. Once on site it only took them a few minutes to complete the work and I was impressed with how things turned out. If something else comes up in the future, I plan to look them up again.

Shawn called to confirm before he headed out. He managed to squeeze an appointment in the day before Thanksgiving which was fantastic even though this was not an emergency. He was very professional yet friendly and I instantly felt comfortable with him. This is very important to me because you are inviting someone into your home. He took the time to explain to me some of the issues of having an older home and things I might want to consider farther down the line. So now I have a pretty new fixture in the kitchen with sprayer (which I did not have before). I have shut off valves under the sink so I do not have to go into the creepy storage shed with snakes. I will definitely use Shawn again and recommend him to my neighbors.

It went great! I found them through Angie's list and noticed they had a deal available for them so I contacted them to get an estimate of how much what I needed would take, we already knew we'd need the kitchen drain cleaned from previous efforts to clear the clog and a different plumber trying to snake the drain. When I called them the owner picked up (sorry can't think of his name), he was really professional and told me upfront about the service fee and the general cost of a drain cleaning. I had been dealing with this issue for several days and wanted it fixed ASAP. The owner quoted me a time that evening but said depending on how this upcoming job went he may be able to come earlier, and he'd call me in a few hours to let me know. I got several calls from him through out the day to keep me informed to what time he could come, this was terrific as I really needed him to come earlier and it helped me plan. He and his team were just as great in person as over the phone. They were professional and explained what needed to be done and how they would do it. It took less than 20min to clean the drain and make my kitchen functional again. We thought there may be more damage because of the clog but they checked it all out and suggested a few things we could do ourselves. They didn't try to sell anything and were open and honest. My husband was really impressed and said we'll defiantly call them again if we need plumbing work. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous and overall great!

My water line in my house burst and flooded my basement. I called The Elite Service Plumber which was recommended from a friend of mine and I glad I did. This happened on a Monday morning and my technician Shawn came out to my house and got me water temporarily until he could get his equipment here on Monday afternoon. Shawn and his apprentice Mike were here and were able to get me a new water line, they worked really hard and had it done in a matter of hours. They took great care in there work and cleaned up very well, I barely knew they were there. These guys were really familiar with this Polybutylene pipe that was in my house and answered all of my questions. They gave me some recommendations and I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I was contacted the night before to verify the appointment They arrived on time and introduced themselves - Did an entire house plumbing inspection - described what they were looking for and what I needed to look for and do. Discussed with me the one toilet - one that had been rebuilt a little over a year ago - and I decided to replace the toilet instead of sinking more money into a rebuild - they went and got the toilet and did the replacement immediately. Rebuilt another toilet that I didn't even know was doing the 'phantom flush' - Very professional and personable - I will definitely call The Elite Service Plumber for future work.

Shaun and Mike took our job on short notice. They arrived on schedule. The equipment arrived soon after and the excavation began. I had previously received several quotes which included demolition of my driveway, however, Shawn assured me that wouldn't be necessary. His expertise in using the E-35 Bobcat was amazing. Mike cleared the way to the pipe within 90 minutes. Shawn was careful to answer every question I had. They had a ton of knowledge concerning the pipe's failure and the flow of water and settling. Once the damaged pipe was exposed they cut each end. Then using the Bobcat and aircraft cable they pulled the new pipe through the old while pushing the old out of the way. Now Shawn and Mike were pleased at the ease at which the cable came through so I can only assume it isn't always this smooth. A few cuts, a little pipe fitting and welding and they were done. The inspector came out after which Shawn expertly back filled the hole, while Mike cleaned up to the point of "he should be paid simply for that". These guys are professional and personable. They are on task, on time and on budget. In a day and age where customer service and quality work are often hard to find.......The Elite Plumbing LLC is one of those rare company's that gives you both. Thanks

Shawn responded to my call promptly and was at our home within 6 hours. He told us that the best thing to do is to replace the toilet and he was prepared to do that. He explained that he onlyuses high quality products and as such the job will cost $665.00. He arranged to temporarily stop the leak so that we could turn the main water supply back on without flooding the house. He returned the next day with the new toilet and promptly installed it. Overall, the job was done professionally and we believe that Shawn's solution to our problem is a permanent one. However, it is clear that he has little or no interest in economical options.

We went with them because they offered the lowest price. They completed the job on time, however the quality of the work could have been better. They did not do a good job of cleaning up or regrading our lawn and they also broke our water pipe during the process, but did fix it for free.
