The Elite Service Plumber

It turned out okay. They charged me an additional $59 on top of the big deal price of $75. The worst part of it was that they had a scheduling error. I had scheduled it for July 2 and they had me down for the next day. So, I took off work was waiting out there. They didn't show up during the timeframe and I called and they said, "Oh, look you're scheduled for tomorrow." The whole scheduling error was their fault. They mixed up. That was kind of a mess. But, when they actually did the work, they did a good job. They were pretty professional.

The company installed a large water heater in our newly remodeled basement. They showed up on installation day on time. And they hauled out the old water heater and installed the new one with absolutely no mess. (The potential mess had been a concern of mine based on the basement carpet being new.) They also took time to answer every question that we had during the installation regarding the piping and the component being installed. As a note, we first used this company for a clogged kitchen sink. The knowledge and professionalism shown during that job is why we chose them for this water heater job. We would use this company again for any plumbing-related issues.

Very well. Quick. Professional. But did try to upgrade me on a hose bib for another couple hundred even though I just bought the hose bib from a home improvement store and it was identical to the one I removed. He said those hose bibs will usually fail within 2 years (although the original lasted 12 and burst because I did not remove the hose during the winter). Can't complain otherwise. Small business owner but did a great job.

It went well with them. They were great. He was very friendly and very professional. He saved me some money. I was going to put a new light in there, because I thought the old one was shot, but he got the old one to work. He saved me some money on having to buy another light. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Their price was fair. They were right on time.

Elite Service Plumber called prior to arriving and showed up exactly on time. The work was done in an efficient, timely manner and the workmen cleaned up after their work. I would most definitely use them again.

Shawn and his assistant arrived punctually at 3:00, as he said they would. They quickly explained what they would need to do after looking at the inside and outside pipe. The performed the service within 30 minutes. I was slightly disappointed at the hose bib they replaced my old one with. It was a pretty cheap one but I guess that's why I got a deal on the service. At any rate, I no longer have a leaky hose bib, which I am happy about.

I called on a Saturday for same-day service. The provider said the charge would be $89 for the service call. Additionally, he said the plumber would give me an estimate of the cost of the actual repair. The plumber came in a timely manner. He quoted me a price of $159 to fix the leak. He finished the job in under 10 minutes. The work was done effectively and quickly. I realize that he has a valuable skill and deserves to be compensated for it. However, I don't think the price I paid for 10 minutes of work was reasonable.

Very well but a bit expensive for what they did. Very professional and you get what you pay for.

The Elite service plumber showed up at my house on time. We had a clogged kitchen sink that he fix fairly quick with some kind of pressure system. There was not a whole lot of drama to tell besides that he was there and gone with little time to waste. We strongly remommend The Elite Service and Angiest List for the service....

I'm so impressed with how clean the inside of the house repair went. Outstanding work. They cleaned up after themselves. I could barely tell they did the work inside the house. He had to repair a pipe inside the house leading to the outdoor faucet. A square was cut out of the wall and they gently reinserted that square after completing the work. They also replaced the outdoor faucet. I am so impressed. Now maybe my water bills will decrease. Thanks much Elite!!

Came late – I had a 2:00 appointment, he came out after 4:00pm. They didn't call me to let me know, I could have been at work and not had to use my vacation time. I wouldn't have minded as much if I knew. He did the job quickly, he seemed arrogant and like he didn't care about anyone else's feelings. Then I found out he was going to charge me extra! The service provider said my morning appointments are always on time, but my afternoons are never.

Timely; friendly; fast; neat; clean; trustworthy and professional service. Shawn performed the work himself and did a great job. After installing the fixture, he happily adjusted our water temp and pressure a couple of times until it was perfect. The work was done after a snow and ice storm, and even though I did my best to clean the stairs, he also insisted on helping to to remove some remaining ice. He couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. Shawn is a rare find and I'd strongly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Good work. Provider called the day before to ask to change the scheduled service time due to an unexpected problem on their end. It was inconvienent for me, BUT, at least I was called the day before so I had notice, which is better thatn being called 10 minutes before the appointment time and being told the provider would be late by several hours. The work was done quickly, by the company owner who was friendly and efficient. When I have a plumbing issue, I will not hesitate to call this provider again.

My garbage disposal stopped working on Sunday night. I contacted Shawn Monday morning and explained the problem. He was not able to come out Monday but did confirm that I could still use the sink. Before coming out on Tuesday, he phoned to let me know they were coming shortly. Once they arrived they were able to fixed the garbage disposal in less than a half hour. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were dealing with another company and had to live without plumbing in our house for 2 days. These guys got called and within 4 hours, our problem was solved/addressed. Couldn't ask for a faster more professional staff.

We had installed 2 drains ourselves using cheap plastic parts from Lowe's and Home Depot. Both drains continued to leak after our repeated attempts. Shawn showed up on time and we found him very personable to work with. We discussed 2 options for correcting the problem and we went with the higher quality, slightly more expensive option. Both drains work very well and we were finally able to use our bathroom again. We have since recommended him to our neighbor who had a much larger problem to deal with. The neighbor came by a few days later to thank us for the referral. He also felt very well taken care of by Elite Plumbers and was very thankful to us for the recommendation.

this is a rental house and i live in a different state. The elite plumber told me that the dishwasher was broken and i needed to buy another one. Also told me i had major water damage to all of my kitchen cabinets from the leak. Stated i should file an insurance claim because the cost was going to be about $20,000 to replace all cabinets. He said he had a friend who would do the water damage right away. After hanging up with him a guy called and said he could come right away and it would be about $3000. I became suspicious and called some one else to go have a look..... there was NO water damage at all and as a matter of fact it was only the hose to the dishwasher.

The service went okay. I had them install a new garbage disposal. I paid an additional fee for what I needed. I thought the pricing was a little high. Two plumbers came out and did a fine job. They did the job in a timely manner and scheduling was easy.

The appointment had to be rescheduled multiple times due to the multiple snow storms. Once they came, however, they were punctual, professional and very informative.

Brought attention to current problems with my valves that are leaking a bit. Replaced. Brought attention to possible future problems. Future call. Thorough inspection and the recommendations made sense.
