Brian came out immediately and convinced us this is the way to go. Installation was done quickly and no mess was left. Dog had been trained and we are happy.

Initial visit was the same day as my call which was very much appreciated. Once the technician had gone over the different services we decided which service was right for us. I used an Angies List coupon to save money on the service. They arranged an installation day within the week. The same technician came out and installed the system and then gave my dog the initial training. All went smoothly. The trainer Alex came out twice to train my dog. He was very knowledgeable and loved animals. So far so good. I would recommend this company.

We have had unviable fence before. We got it again with my 5 month old lab Chance. I also used their phenomenal dog trainer Alex for obedience classes. 6 sessions but i also just got Chance 6 more sessions for using the remote trainer on the dog. The different I have seen and noticed is outstanding. Chance is 10 months old and is trained perfectly. Listens to every command and is very obedient.

Our consultant arrived on time and was great all around. The dogs liked him too!

I was not aware that this type of work was even an option. The price was very reasonable. They did a great job. They include training sessions for your dog and by the time they were done our dog understood where the fence was. The employees were very personable and they all understood the product. The owner came out and was very nice and not pushy at all.

Brian and Alex are fantastic. We had the WORST dog to get under control. We adopted him from the Washington DC Humane Society, which found him wandering in a neighborhood in DC. Zeke was a beautiful dog, and he was clearly trained and groomed, but no one claimed him. We found out about 15 minutes after bringing him home that he was also extremely athletic. He jumped a four foot fence in the front of house. There were approximately 15-20 separate episodes in which we had to retrieve him from various locations. He became infamous in our neighborhood. After a time, people came to know him by name. He was even brought back once by the police after trying to cross New Hampshire Ave. This was no easy dog to bring under control, and Brian and Alex initially had a number of failures as we tried repeated fence configurations and power controls. I would estimate that Brian or one of his service person came back to the house on 8-10 occasions. On not one occasion was there any whimper of exceeding the contract or an additional charge. Brian's goal was to please and to keep the dog safe. We finally got Zeke under perfect control. We have a trap door in our kitchen and he now ambles freely through it to and from his way to the back yard. We leave his electric collar on at night and it gives us piece of mind that he will not wander off. The greatest benefit, though, was the sports training collar with the remote control. We initially received some training from Alex, who is an competent and experienced dog trainer, and used the collar to keep Zeke from pulling us on the leash when we took him outside for walks. We later found that we could allow him to go freely off leash in Rock Creek Parkway and other paths in the area. We even took him on a weekend trip to a state park in Virginia where we had him off the leash for two days. Zeke is now not only not a burden, but he is a great deal of fun. The experience with Brian and Alex changed our experience with Zeke and added a new element of fun to our lives. We are thinking of taking Zeke to the Appalachian Trail in New Hampshire this spring, and we have another weekend trip to a state park planned in April. Zeke has become a trail dog, and, more importantly, he comes immediately when called. He looks forward with excitement with having his collars put on him. I should also add that the indoor fence accessory (a disk) is great for preventing Zeke from getting into unwanted areas. For example, he threatened to claw our back patio door whenever he saw a squirrel. This behavior has stopped. We also used the fence to keep Zeke away from my sister's cat during the holidays. The package was expensive, but it was priced fairly considering what we got in return and comparable costs I had seen posted on the Internet.

They have been great. I have a battery replacement contract with them, and every three months whenever I am supposed to change the battery they remember to send in a new one. I haven’t had any problems with them.

I have nothing but good to say about them. We just have one dog now. We had three. We have dealt with them on a farm and they did good business for us there. We have three guard dogs and they were alive because invisible fencing was near the highway. It does work. I got what I paid for. I got a fair amount. Overall experience was quite good. They are good people. The only complaint was that once there were rubber tips in the electrode of the collar and I had to drive to Darnestown to find out why our dog wasn’t getting the signal. There were insulators on it and were black in color. I was supposed to take it off and no one told me that. I would use them in the future.

I think it cost a lot but cheaper than a real fence because there are 2 acres. It came with the house but then they have to come out and train the dogs and turn it on so we've had quite a bit to do with them. They've been fantastic, super responsive with everything - when the dog's collar battery goes out. They mail us new batteries quarterly, when there is a break in the fence they come right out, the training was fantastic, they are personable. I would have these people in my house in the middle of the day.

They were great. I liked them a lot. The worker was very nice and professional. Everything is holding up good. There are no complications with the company, but it was a simple job. The cat door seems to be working fine.

Overall, my experience with them was really good. The work went great, and they followed up afterwards. They provided excellent customer service. The quality of work was good, and as far as invisible fences go, the price was pretty reasonable. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

They were close and they had a good reputation because of which I used them. They were very flexible and provided prompt service. They were willing to solve problems regarding dogs and payments. I would recommend them. Their price was a little bit high.

The technician arrived on time and did an efficient job installing the fence around approximately 1 acre. He offered me the Angie's list discount even before I had a chance to give him my coupon. He gave me a quick rundown on the fence and the electronics. Very courteous and helpful. A trainer came out a few days later and initiated the training of my pit bull terrier, who responded very well. A second training visit a few days later was a formality since the dog already had it down fine. No problems since. I recommend this company very highly.

They did a great job. They came out and gave me an estimate,and the technician came out after to put the fence up nicely. I haven't had any problems, and I would recommend anyone that needs an invisible fence to go with this company.

INVISIBLE FENCE IS A GREAT PRODUCT, ALTHOUGH IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THEY LET ON WHEN YOU FIRST CALL. IF THE FENCE STOPS WORKING, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL FEES TO HAVE IT FIXED IF THEY DEEM IT YOUR FAULT. HOWEVER, THE FENCE IS VERY EFFECTIVE AND MY DOG IS SAFE. THEY ARE ALSO MARKETING A NEW PRODUCT THAT WORKS INDOORS TO KEEP PETS OUT OF CERTAIN AREAS. I HAVE FRIENDS WHO USE IT AND LIKE IT VERY MUCH.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS CAREFUL WHEN INSTALLING THE UNDERGROUND WIRE AND ALSO WHEN TRAINING THE DOG TO RECOGNIZE THE NOISE OMITTED WITH NEARING THE FENCE.
