Very well. I did receive a call that the team was running late, which I appreciated. And, they arrived before the updated time. The team was very helpful, hardworking, and the yard looked great!

Went great! They arrived on time on the date they said (same week as I initially contacted them). When it began to pour in the first hour they came back the next day to finish the job.

Quite excellent work. They identified a batch more they could do. Didn't get to complete my first priority (they left it for last..) but the other items they did look fantastic

generally it went well with minor mishaps (i.e. worker left w/o letting me know and the business owner only notified me that it was due to rain being in the way and that they would come back the next day; too much time spent cleaning leaves and did leave enough time to finish old ivy removal from chimney).

Ok. Did not spend the entire time because they finished the task. If they had asked I had other yard work they could have done.

Fine...we had trouble connecting and my house is hard to find but they were very professional and thorough.

It was excellent. I bought the 20% discounted Big Deal for yard cleanup. Jon accommodated me within a week with an appointment. I didn't hear from him about mulch prices until the morning they were arriving, but because I wanted to have them do the mulch, I rolled with it. They were very transparent and friendly about what was needed. That added about 75 dollars to the bill. I provided my own yard waste bags, so no charge for those. . A crew of two arrived and was very professional and dedicated to their work. Their efficient, professional and tidy work mean that even in the limited time I purchased (6 worker hours, which meant 3 hours for the crew of two), they completed my entire small yard, bagged up and stowed yard waste and earned me kudos from my neighbors. Most important, several of my large plants are happily thriving after getting pruned for the first time in years. Fantastic value!

I contacted Jon Greenstone in advance to ask if they could provide black mulch. The gentlemen he sent brought 3 yards of mulch (for which I paid separately). I was very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

Overall this went well. The only negative was that I had to call the company about the deal and they seemed to not know that I had purchased the deal through Angie's List. To their credit, once I called them they were very responsive. On the scheduled day, they arrived on time and worked professionally and thoroughly. I would definitely hire them again.

Great work - the crew showed up early, understood what needed to be done, did a thorough and complete job, and finished in less time than I expected.

Well, the first day the person arrived 3 1/2 hours late which did not leave him enough daylight to finish the job. He came the second day and did a "decent" job. He left mulched leaves on my lawn in the front and back but I will have to wait until spring to deal with that. I think things would have gone much smoother had the person doing the work communicated with me.

They cleaned up the ivy, removed the broken branches and suggested pruning some shrubs. they came on time and cleaned up and did a great job. I didn't realize how good it could look or how much debris that I needed to remove. I would hire them again, for next fall clean up. Very nice men. I showed before and after photos.

There were two staff members that came out and transplant plants and laid mulch. They were very consciousness and courteous. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The only downside was they arrived later than we had expected for the appointment.

I think they did some pressure washing on my driveway. I don't really feel that they did $129 worth of work. It was just one guy. But I didn't know how to do it so it was money well spent.

They did a fine.? They did a good job.?

Overall, they did a decent job, but I was a bit frustrated with the fact that they didn't follow my directions completely and I had to go back and fix the job they did.

I had an extremely mediocre experience. I needed up to 12 hours so I had to pay extra. They were conscientious but not very bright. Royal flush is an excellent set of credentials but the quality of the work was not looking like those credentials. The work was unimaginative. They put down filled-in spots on the lawn and lawn soil with rocks as big as walnuts in it, which isn't what you ordinarily lay on your lawn to improve its quality. They attacked the very magnificent Holly tree, which was supposed to be cut back modestly. I have serious doubts it's going to survive. The walnut size rocks are the ones that particularly bothered me. That was total lack of imagination. They did not do a terrible job; they did not rip me off, but these are not the kind of people I want. He was a nice guy but I didn't see the quality in the work.
