Matt and Chris were great to work with. This was my first time dealing with rodent situation in my attic and they explained the process and then executed. Chris set a trap in the attic and caught the squirrel the second day. After leaving a second trap for almost a week, they felt comfortable that there was only one squirrel and then proceeded to fix and close up the hole where the squirrel had gained entry. I would definitely hire Absolute again!

Chris was prompt in scheduling an appt and even showed up early (I didn't know that could happen...I was so impressed)! He communicated thoroughly and took his time explaining the process. I had a lot of questions and requests and he was patient with each of them. I was also anxious to get started as soon as possible (when you have rats in your walls you kind of want it handled yesterday), and he made sure to schedule an appt for the very next day after our quote. I was so grateful and impressed! He went above and beyond addressing our tricky situation, and I feel confident in the follow up services we'll receive to.

They were very polite. Their mannerism was very well and overall a great service. Good communication and I recommend them to everyone.

So far things are going good. Great customer service, very friendly over the phone and when they came to my house the gentleman knew exactly what kind of service we needed. I feel really go about them. And the price was 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
