I hired Chimney King based on A rating. They called within minutes to discuss project; Gutter Cleaning. Luis gave a short review of his company which was informative and after agreeing to his doing the job, he scheduled my work. He called about 3 hours before the scheduled work to inform me that his previous work was not being done and asked if he could come earlier which was not a problem. He arrived on time, performed the work and discussed a few things he found. The price was reasonable and it was accomplished in about 1/2 hour. Very responsive and good work.

Luis contacted me right away and was able to provide service the next day (completely contact free!). He was very professional and and did great work. The best part is he took the three bags of gutter junk with him, instead of leaving it in front of the house for us to deal with. He also checked the roof, chimney, etc and said everything looked great (unlike my previous gutter cleaner, who found something wrong that they would be happy to fix for $1500 every time). The price was right and the service was great. Will definitely be calling the Chimney King for my next cleaning in the fall!

My first time using Chimney King and I was truly impressed with their timeliness and services. Mr. Luis and his team did a very thorough job cleaning the gutters by hand and hosing them down to make sure all debris is cleared. Overall, they did an excellent job at a very decent price. I highly recommend them for gutter cleaning.

Luis is great and did an excellent job. I was inside my house while he was outside on the roof. I could hear him moving about ad he went about his job. When he was done he showed me the amount of stuff he got out my gutters! I definitely will hire him again in 6 months - a year. You can tell that he take pride in his work. JC
