Perfect timing. I had gotten a few estimates on the replacement/relining of the furnace flue. Luis provided the best estimate and best diplomacy in the process. Skilled and friendly crew. Work was done two days after agreeing to the contract. With corrected airflow furnace is running reliably. Highly recommend the Chimney King.

Had a new fireplace and chimney installed in my home. It was a big job, but the crew from Chimney King got it done in one day. The quality of work was excellent, and the workers were professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Was able to get a next day appointment for a time sensitive inspection (house closing). Was able to come and replace my entire broken B-vent system within 2 days of my call. I will definitely be using him in the future.

The Chimney King was awesome! We actually hired another company to sweep and inspect our fireplace and were not happy at all with the service. We then called Luis, scheduled an appointment with the Chimney King and from the very beginning of the service, it was an incredibly different experience. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very polite and aware of being in someone else's home - asked us if we wanted him to put on booties over his shoes, put down drop cloths to not get our floors dirty, etc. Then he talked us through what the cleaning and inspection entailed. It took him about 30-45 minutes before calling us over and we were able to inspect the chimney together on a video monitor. AND THEN he very kindly gave us pointers and advice on how to build our fires and care for our fireplace. He is extremely professional and I couldn't recommend Luis, the Chimney King, enough. Without a doubt, in the future we will be going to Luis for all things Fireplace/Chimney related. Thank you Luis!!

Luis was very responsive and informative. My issue with my fireplaceâ s pilot light was solved within a reasonable amount of time. He was professional and efficient and I would use his services again.

He came out within 72hrs and inspected everything, tested a theory, then explained what was going on and why, and most importantly, how to avoid it in the future. Highly recommend.

They came out and gave me a free quote on my chimney repair. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. The fixed the problem the next day for a great price.

Luis and his crew were very experienced and professional. They went the extra mile to ensure my living room and basement fireplaces, chimney and wood pellet stove were in good working order. They also repaired and resolved a problem where water was leaking out of a gutter directly onto the chimney and sealed the entire chimney exterior, as well as repaired minor damage to the chimney crown. I intend to use The Chimney King for all my annual inspections of my fireplaces and chimney.

Luis was professional and showed my husband through his camera what our fireplace looked like. There was a problem, not big, and they will come back Monday to fix it. Cleaning was done with no mess to the house.

I recommend them highly. He was very friendly and explained every step of his work with me. He showed me the images of inside and outside of my chimney. He even took pics of my roof so I could see which shingles were missing.

The crew came with all their equipment and immediately began working. They were efficient, neat , and professional and completed the job in the time stated . A chimney liner was installed as well as a cap and cement crown. I highly recommend The Chimney King.

The owner and Luis is an excellent communicator. Explain the process thoroughly and I have no doubt he would do a great job. The job was done on time and he showed me before and after pictures which I really liked. I felt very comfortable with him in my house and on the roof. He replace the top part of my chimney cleaned my gutters and fixed another pipe on my roof that was cracked from The furnace. It was all done in a timely manner right when he said it would be done. I really appreciate the fact that when he came out he closed my chimney with a tarp so no water would get into my house before I had even hired him. Very good person and I love doing business with family owned businesses. I highly recommend chimney king.

Owner very involved and conscientious about making sure the customer understands the process. I was away during the work and he took time to take and send me pictures as well as be available to answer any questions I had right away. Very professional and high quality work. I had a chimney demolition and rebuild.

Generally a great job and Luis is an excellent planner and spokesman for his company. they gave us an immediate free estimate the day after we called and then performed the work the next morning. Only complaint is chimney sweeping will leave an invisible cloud of dust you must deal with everywhere the next day.
