They were thorough, honest, fast and super clean. They showed me all the work that needed to be done in pictures on the phone before I agreed to it. They told me my gutters were clogged and I hired them to take care of that as well.

The contractor was extremely knowledgeable and his prices were very reasonable.

He also showed me the inside of the chimney and pictures of the inside that revealed cracks in the liner. I got an estimate for replacing the liner, in the future. Luis is a good communicator, he explained the job he was doing as well as any concerns or questions about the chimney. He kept the house clean during the job. I would recommend The Chimney King. We needed a chimney lining so that we could replace a leaking hot water heater. It's physically demanding work, but Luis worked very hard and efficiently to complete the job in a very punctual and thorough manner. Also, his price was significantly lower than an estimate from another contractor we had contacted, and much more in line with what we could afford.

I contracted with The Chimney King to replace our chimney and furnace flue liners and install a new crown after moving into an older house where we wanted to use the fireplace but the chimney was in need of significant repair. Luis took the time to explain everything he quoted in significant detail, ensuring I understood every part of the repairs that he and his team were going to execute. Price was better than the other two quotes we received as well - so the customer service + affordability factors together made this a pleasant experience for me.
