I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Chimney King. From the beginning - Luis was knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. Luckily, he was available the very next day to start the work. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate for my limited availability. He and his crew completed all the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. I had multiple projects going on in the home, and Luis had no problem working around other contractors. The crew tried to race the rain, but ended up working through it, which was greatly appreciated. The pricing for the job was definitely comparable to the neighboring market.

Luis did a great job and was available right after I authorized the work. 40-year old chimney needed brickwork repair and liner repair. The Chimney King also replaced a 3" water heater flue pipe in the basement with a code required 4" pipe (I installed the earlier pipe DIY). He installed a stainless steel liner within the 8x8 clay liner for the water heaterâ s exhaust . The 8x8 flue's clay liner top section was cut-out and replaced. The ruined chimney crown, around a 12x12 fireplace flue and the 8x8 exhaust, was expertly reformed without disrupting the brick architectural features near the crown. A stainless steel rain/animal guard was installed that conformed to the existing 12x12 flue guard. The three-story custom brick chimney was sealed with water repellent, which the 40-year old brick required. Luis replaced flashing caulk at the roof line, gratis, although I had not specified that work as he noticed an earlier siding/fascia contractor had used an improper caulking. The Chimney King was the lowest bidder (one was twice the amount) of several respected pros and I will use Luis for all my fireplace/brick and upper story work from now on. He worked with his crew the whole time and this 'stickler' admired his enthusiasm and skill.

I definitely recommend Luis at The Chimney King for chimney repairs and maintenance. He was prompt, efficient and a bargain, and also provided advice on potential future maintenance needs.

The Chimney King representative was a superb worker. The work was completed in a short period of time (cleaning the gutters) of my house. I would recommend this businessman again to my neighbors.

I had serious drainage problems with my gutters, including a new, wide one along the front of my house - it was like a waterfall there. And in the back, there was a problem that caused concrete damage due to erosion. Chimney King, Luis and helper, found that all my downspouts clogged and set things right. It's monsooning now and not a single problem! I am so grateful to them for their good work. Luis was very pleasant to work with too, which also matters and is not as common an experience as it should be. Lastly, everything was cleaned up, which I appreciated as well. This is the company to call.

A month after having our gutters cleaned by Chimney King we experienced not only a record rainfall but about three straight days of rain. One section of the gutters was clogged again leading to rain seeping into our basement. I called Chimney King for the second time and just as before I got same day service. Luis inspected the area in question made sure it was unclogged and didn't charge for the work. Chimney King now has a loyal customer who will call them first for future projects.

Our gutters desperately needed cleaning -- not repair -- before summer thunderstorm season. We had a short outdoor work window before another project was due to begin. The Chimney King responded quickly to our query, made a more-than-fair estimate based on our description of the job over the phone. He came the same day, at the time he said he would. Cleaned and flushed all our gutters (some of them quite high above the ground) and took the leaf and pine cone debris with him, instead of dumping it all in one of our garbage cans as others have done. All this work was done in less than two hours. I will be using Chimney King to clean our gutters again this fall and unreservedly recommend his work. And next time our chimney needs cleaning I know who I'll be calling: Luis, The Chimney King.

Impressive looking duo. Nice truck. Did job in less than 45 minutes. Couldn’t inspect work but last rain. Saw no overflowing gutters. For the money they could have put in a full hour.

I was delighted to have my gutters cleaned by Chimney King on the same day I contacted them. Luis Aguliar explained how the job would be preformed and quoted the price before he began the work. He then took the time to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of gutter helmets and gutter screens. I would definitely refer Chimney King as well as use them again.
