Very responsive and professional. I had contacted 5 Chimney service providers online with a time sensitive request and Luis Aquilar was the only one yo respond in a timely fashion. One responded 1 day after my stated need, and the other 3 have yet to respond. As a realtor, I know who I will be calling for my client's needs: The Chimney King.

We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Luis did an excellent job. He worked very efficiently and left zero for us to clean up. He also provided helpful information for keeping our older fireplace and chimney at it's best.

Showed up on time, friendly, expert knowledge and job took much less time than expected so charged me less - by his own suggestion. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend. Thank you Luis!

Mr. Aguilar did a great job! He was very professional and spent extra time to explain the cleaning process and provided tips for best using the fireplace. He covered everything with tarps and was careful to keep the house clean. He showed me pictures of my roof and smoke stack so I could see the issues and offered recommendations. He was able to install screening around the roof vents (I have had birds get through that space before) and add extra caulking near the smoke stack. I plan to use Mr. Aguilar's services in the future for any chimney, roof, or gutter work. He won a new repeat customer today based on his great performance.

Had the fireplace cleaned. Terry and I were extremely impressed with the service, they showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up, walked me through the project and offered suggestions. I never felt pressured. I highly recommend worth the cost

Mr. Aguilar was so thorough and professional from start to finish. He was patient when walking through his estimate for the work that was required. On the day he and his crew arrived, they worked efficiently and were very mindful of keeping things clean along the way. I will definitely be bringing them back in for long-term maintenance of my chimney and for any future chimney-related needs.

Great experience. Arrived promptly as promised. Walked me through the entire process and provided me with some tips as this is our first fireplace.

Work was satisfactory. Cleanup was horrible. The last worker who left trashed my bathroom, peed on floors, walls, and toilet seat. They left me with an hour's worth of cleanup.

Luis and his crew do great work. They are quick and do everything neatly and cleanly. I needed my chimney and fireplace cleaned and Luis was able to fit me in the same day I called him.
