Cleaned gutters. Prompt service, competitive charges. Luis is pleasant, and showed me some photos he took in looking for possible leak problem. I am awaiting his getting back to me with estimate/proposal.

Came same day, was efficient and friendly and offered further help when we are ready to pursue.

Luis was very straightforward about his services and price. He additionally removed several dead squirrels at no additional cost as part of the cleaning. I was so satisfied with the service that I had to pay him more than what he asked for the service. He s friendly, cares about the work he does, and did a great job. Definitely will keep using him for future services!

The price was appropriate and fair (maybe skewed in my favor). The job was over 40 feet high do to my gutters. The crew worked swiftly and feverishly to complete the job. They were polite, courteous, and professional. While cleaning the gutters, they noticed a section of gutter down spout and extension in my backyard on the ground (had been there about 1 year) disconnected from the gutter system. The owner said, I will reattach the down spout and extension and add screws so they don't come apart again at no additional cost. He saw it just needed to be done so he did it! After completing cleaning my gutters and down spouts, I inquired if they did or would power wash my siding (hadn't been done in 15 years) and the owner said no problem, we can and will do it. They provided the same positive can, and will do professional attitude while power washing my dirty long overdue siding. While power washing the siding on ladders 40 feet in the air, they noticed that my dryer vent cover was broken (completely missing) due to birds forcing their way in and building a nest. I went to home depot to purchase a vent cover and they installed it at no extra charge. There was no way I was able to access that dryer vent being 40 high! They also customized a steel wire material of theirs to place inside the vent cover to ensure the birds could not enter, even if the birds broke through the plastic vent cover. I would recommend Chimney King for any job. After speaking with the owner, I learned that chimneys are his specialty but he does so much more; all you have to do is ask!!!! I will have the Chimney King back next year to clean my siding, gutters and maybe a few more task around my home!!! Thank you Chimney King
