They are awesome! Fast, thorough, responsive, and much more cost effective than what I was paying Orkin for years. Highly recommend.

Signed a contract 1 week ago and not a good beginning. The 1st service didn't live up to what I was told they would do, and communication has been frustrating. I changed to Senate Termite because they did a great job with a termite problem I had in the Spring, but now having 2nd thoughts about signing a year long contract for rat abatement.

Fantastic service! I’m so delighted with their response and the technician is nice, professional, and has respect for my property and time. I will continue to use them for any pest issues.

Might be worst service of any kind I've ever experienced. Charged $399 to treat a yellow jacket nest behind exterior on side of house with a "90 day warranty". First service, 3 days after calling, they spent a few minutes spraying. This had negligible effect on nest. Called them 3 days later as instructed if still an issue. 3 more days and they came and sprayed a foam along seam that insects were entering/exiting. This kept insects from re-entering nest, but also seems to have trapped others inside wall, and they found a way to start entering the basement. Called the next day and told them situation with over a dozen yellow jackets I had killed in the house in 1 day, with more live ones, and needed someone to come out that day. They couldn't care less and put me on their schedule for 10 days later. Told them unhappy with service and wanted refund- which they refused. I would have been better off never having them come out, not to mention saved $399.

Technicians are very helpful & courteous but the people who answer the phone have absolutely zero customer service skills or knowledge of how to do their job. Had squirrels in my attic and 4 months after Senate was contacted to get them out and install new installation in the attic the squirrels were back. Upon finding out they were back I immediately called Senate to see about having somebody come look at the attic again and to explain to them that I just had work done for this problem not long before this. I was told by lady who answered that her computer wasn’t working so she would take my info and have somebody call me back. I waited a week and never herd back from anyone then I tried to call again myself multiple times and still never herd back from anybody so I had to physically drive to their office and speak to somebody in person to finally get some help. Then this morning (09/10/24) somebody was suppose to show up at my home at 10:40 am to check the traps that are in the attic again. It got to 11:30 am and still nobody had shown up or called so I called senate to see what was going on and I was told that it was a 2 hour window from 10:40-12:40. When I tried to explain that that wasn’t what the employee from yesterday told me and that somebody had been waiting around at my house for the last hour I was met with attitude and told “ that I’m telling you now “. I’m not sure how employees don’t tell somebody the right information and then instead of owning up to their mistakes just want to take it out on the customer. Between what seems like a lack of urgency to help after the problem wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and absolutely horrible customer service/communication skills I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a pest control problem.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He sprayed more areas than other technicians had before, which was a plus. Steve did an overall superb job!

Had them coming to deal with the problem of ants in my kitchen. So far no sight of ants returning! The technician, Denzel, was very knowledgeable and sprayed every corner of my house.

Senate came back for the 2 week follow up , their technician Shaun was great, did a thorough job servicing the area and explaining preventive care with storage of food.

They were hired for extermination. They did a review of the property and recommended the appropriate action to rid property of pest. We removed all existing junk from the attic. They performed their service and we have a monthly maintenance program. The service is working well.

Amazing customer service and exceptionally thorough during inspections. This is the third pest control company we’ve used since becoming homeowners and they were the only to check the attic and behind appliances in our home.

Excellent service! Technicians are always very professional, helpful, and friendly. Senate staff are very accommodating to schedule changes. One Suggestion: give customer option of getting text alerts for service notification (in lieu of a phone call). I much prefer txt alerts (phone calls are a bit intrusive).

They greeted me with a smile and introduced themselves. They were very kind, friendly and professional. They did a great job and went above and beyond what I expected.

I found the mice in my house, so I looked for a contract from Angi. Senate contacted me immediatly. The inspection was completed as soon as possible and handled professionally. The service staff was also very friendly.

Contacted Senate for problem with mice. Senate was very responsive and provided an appointment for the next morning. The technician (Shawn Walker) provided outstanding service. He was very thorough, highly knowledgeable and skilled. Also very kind, considerate and courteous. Shawn cared about me, addressed all my concerns and made sure that my problem was fully addressed.

They arrived the next day on schedule. Andrew was very personable and professional. I had a wasp hive removed from the outside eave of my house. Job well done. I also arranged to have termite bait plugs placed around the house

Technician just left and I was very pleased with the service and info he gave me about follow up. I’ve had another company for over 20 years and never got any info on what follow up to do. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent service! Matt the technician arrived on time and very friendly and helpful. He answered all my rodent questions and put out all the traps both inside and outside. Chris who came to my house during initial inspection was also very friendly. Would go no where else except Senate Pest control!

Just beginning my service with them. Initially encountered some hiccups, but their customer service team was quick to fix the issue. Inspection and initial service was prompt and professional.

Very reliable company. Always ensures that my quarterly service is scheduled. My pest control technician is TOPS! Eric Rosenberger has taken care of my pest control issues for years. He is highly knowledgeable, conscientious and cares. An expert in his field. I truly appreciate the outstanding service that he provides.

Every contact with Senate has been a great experience. I have a terrible problem with mice and they come out monthly to check the situation. The technicians are always polite and professional and advise me what they are or, more importantly, aren’t finding. Great results today. I will continue doing business with them and highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Senate Terminate in my book would be simply OK service. Yes they appear to start off on the foot of professionalism to gain your services. Yet 2 months into the services the lack of effective time schedule appointments, multiple pro-rated services charges for subscription that is luke-warm at best and the dispatch center lack of documenting of calls to verify call logs when customers call to state a missed schedule appointment is abysmal. All in all, management needs to do better on adherence to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and customer complaints to be taken seriously whether if you are a NEW client or existing one.
