They came on time! worked quickly but took great care. Attached magnets to my liking, shutters look like they've always been there. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have used Perfect Fit Custom Shutters twice. Both times, they were great about scheduling both the visit to measure and for installation. Everyone pays attention to details -- right down to the installers. They were punctual, polite and know what they are doing.

The installers arrived on schedule and custom rotted all the shutters including service. They did an excellent job.

It went great. If they match the paint you use it takes extra time, but they prepaint them and do the install. Top of the line work.

Perfect Fit installed my beautiful plantation shutters a few years ago. My condo association embarked on a lengthy project to replace all the windows and sliding glass doors in the my high rise building and required window treatments be removed. I contacted Perfect Fit to uninstall and then reinstall my shutters for the project, which was delayed from the beginning. Riah and Archi at Perfect Fit were extremely patient with my timeline from start to finish and getting me scheduled for take down and reinstallation. They gentlemen doing the actual work - were on time, efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job! I have and would to continue to recommend Perfect Fit if you are looking for beautiful plantation shutters!

Perfect fit measured twice and took great pairs to ensure the shutters would be a good match to the wood trim in our appose. 80 year old house (the match is great). The installer was very nice and professional. We are very pleased with the shutters and the company.

We are so incredibly happy with the service and the product. The staff are truly amazing. It starts with walking into the show room and meeting Riah. She is very personable and patient. She answered all of our questions with a smile. She made my mom and I felt so comfortable that made an appointment for measurements right there within 20 mins. of walking in. Our installer, Isias, is steller! He is professional and really knows his stuff. Our shutters are gorgeous! We original got quotes from Next Day Blinds and another company. They were slightly cheaper but that's exactly what it is, cheaper. Cheaper quality, cheaper service. I am really happy we went with Perfect Fit Custom Shutters. I really feel like everyone there cares about their customers and they really believe in their products. I'm extremely happy to support a locally owned and managed company. Excellent customer service!

Shutters were installed when promised, quality & workmanship were top notch. Contractor in 2016 for magnet replacement (5-sots) and company sent them @ no cost.

This company was prompt and professional throughout. After committing to buying, we discovered that we might have a problem with removing our windows for cleaning if we bought the shutters as planned. The owner came back and re-measured for a different mounting technique. Installation was scheduled as promised and it all went smooth. We live in an old building and one cannot depend upon right angles to be as expected in the windows. Our shutters were custom-made to take care of this. We are very happy with these shutters. Two windows already had plantation shutters when we moved in. The quality and fit of the new shutters are so much better than the old that we are thinking about removing the old ones and letting Perfect Fit replace them.

We couldn't be happier with how the project came out and with the experience along the way. They gave honest, helpful feedback. They were timely. They were thorough. They were clean. They were pleasant. Best of all, we like the final product even more than we expected to! I would recommend them to anyone in a nanosecond and work with them again given the opportunity. I wish they did other work (landscaping? electricity? carpentry?) because it was just such a pleasure working with every person I interacted with from Perfect Fit.

They were here not long ago actually, it wasn't a year ago it was less than a year ago. It went perfect, they are a perfect fit. They're excellent. I would recommend them to everyone. I would absolutely use them again.

Outstanding service and quality. The in home consolation was very helpful in making de casing about the details (conver size color etc). Pans reasonable compared to big lox stores. Excellent experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience working with this company. Everyone from the person I spoke to on the phone, to the gentleman who came out and did the measuring, to the young man who did the installation was professional, polite, and a true pleasure to work with. The experience I had with Perfect Fit Shutters versus the experience I had with their competitor was night and day. I love my plantation shutters. They are gorgeous and I get tons of compliments on them. And the quality of these shutters, far exceeds what the competitor was able to provide. They truly are perfect and custom. I recommend them highly.

The estimator, measurer, installer were all punctual & excellent. I was especially impressed at how carefully they wanted to match the current paint.

From start with the sales person to finish with the installers and quality of the product, everything exceeded expectations. Price is mid range in comparison, quality is superior in comparison.
