Description of Work: My son moved out of our home into his own apartment. The owner gave us an estimate based on man hours. They arrived on time. They were FABULOUS. Neatly attired, polite, in incredible shape-no worries about getting that piano down stairs! I asked them to spend a little time helping to assemble a few things at the destination and they did. Everything was wrapped and moved carefully, unwrapped and placed right were my son wanted it in his new place. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company! I only wish they did nation-wide moves, as we moved to DC from LA last summer and that company was a DISASTER. USE THIS COMPANY! They are excellent and you are helping out our veterans. Their prices may be a tad steeper, but you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: I called this company to schedule a move which subsequently, I canceled due to finding a better rate. I've spoke to a customer service rep Jose who assured me my deposit would be returned to me in the mail within two business days, three weeks later still no refund of my initial deposit and I've moved into my new home. I've called several times and left messages regarding the status of my refund with no return call back... My next step is to contact the better business bureau. I wouldn't suggest this company if it was the last moving company on earth. Very poor customer service.
