Description of Work: They aerated a custom valence for a very large window in my home, using fabric i had already purchased. The fabric I had was limited, but special. They worked with me to find a way to maximize what I had. They were very professional and meticulous in their work. I would use them for any future work.

Description of Work: These are really good people to deal with. They recovered two chairs and one large footstool completely, replaced the back of a third chair, repaired a broken swivel mechanism, re stuffed the pillow and seat cushion on the one chair, and made sleeve covers for two of the chairs. The work was excellent. The men couldn't have been nicer. They even helped my husband move a heavy chair downstairs out of the way. The work took a tiny bit longer than we expected, and the cost was close to replacing the chairs, but well worth doing since I hadn't seen any chairs I liked better than the ones I already owned. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI located MC Interiors through Angie's List and chose them primarily for the location, very close to my home. Kevin did a great job reupholstering the chair and did it quickly, cutting his two-week estimate in half. He helped me choose a leather remnant that would not break the bank, and treated the old chair with respect (its fragile, crumbling paper manufacturers' tag, which was stapled on the underside and had survived for about 70 years, was still intact when I picked up the finished chair). The chair looks great and now occupies a place of pride in our home. MC has a nice showroom and offers other home decorating services. I would definitely use MC Interiors again for upholstering or home decorating needs.
Description of Work: We have an old wooden desk chair that belonged to my grandfather. The leather-covered seat cushion and its padding beneath had deteriorated to the point that the chair was unusable.

 + -1 moreI spent a couple of months trying to decide what to do about my 1940's vintage furniture with seriously sagging cushions and frayed upholstery. Other estimates for making new cushions ranged up to about $3000 and I really wasn't getting any good advice with fabric choices. Kevin Jung has a large selection of fabrics, is very knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. He was also happy to work with a fabric I supplied from an on-line seller for one of the pieces (the chair). I would certainly recommend him.
Description of Work: Replace cushions, reupholster cushions and perform minor repairs for a mission-style sofa and chair.
