They broke a treasured wooden box that I keep on my nightstand in my bedroom and the baby gate we installed between the kitchen and the family room was pulled out of the wall! The crew pretended not to understand English when they were confronted about these short comings. Plus they overcharged us! They did come back to fix the gate and did refund the money they overcharged but I would not use them ever again!

I have been using the company for about 3 months. Everything has gone great with them so far. A crew of three come out and completed the service in about an hour. They bring their own cleaning supplies. The cleaners are friendly and professional. They are also efficient workers. They always come as scheduled.

We first decided to schedule a one-time cleaning with Maid Brigade because we were tired of finding time in our busy schedules to clean our own home and, despite our best efforts, we were never completely satisfied with our own work. Plus, now that we have an infant at home, we felt like there was even less time to clean our house to the level that we felt was appropriate for our family. The office staff was extremely responsive to my first inquiry - I sent an e-mail over the weekend and they called me back before 10 a.m. on Monday with a full estimate. They were then able to schedule my first cleaning for just a few days later. The crew arrived within their promised timeframe and were very professional. They were also very accommodating of our very large, very friendly, and very curious yellow lab, who wanted to make them both his new best friends. The quality of their work was very impressive. While they took more time than was estimated when we were provided with a quote (and, thus, our first cleaning was about $100 more than estimated by the time they were done), the final product was well worth the extra time and expense. We were very impressed with the small touches - decoratively folding the ends of the toilet paper rolls and paper towels, for instance. Our house had never looked so clean.

Ana, Dina, and Olana idd a fantastic job. They thoroughly cleaned our entire home in a professional and timely manner. The home has never sparkled this much. We can't wait for the next visit in 2 weeks.

They are very easy going and friendly. They also have very good pricing.

It's good. I like them. They do a very good job. She likes it a lot and she looks forward til they get back. The lady that I talked to all the time, her name is Mary, she is wonderful. She remembers me all the time. She is very good about scheduling my mother in law. They have great service.

The Team we use on maid Brigade does an excellent job of cleaning the designated areas. They require virtually no supervision, are profession yet friendly. We would recommend them without any hesitancy whatsoever.

Overall it has gone well, Had a few issues with bathrooms but was re mediated as soon as it was brought up to the manager. Will continue to use.

The 2-woman team did a great job on my move-out cleaning - vacuumed floors, dusted, cleaned baseboards, cleaned oven, stovetop, and refrigerator. They bring all their own supplies and were courteous and professional. I used Maid Brigade for a monthly cleaning at my old place (1600 sq foot home) at $150/month and will be getting an estimate on my new house next week. We plan to continue using Maid Brigade for monthly cleanings at the new house.

We are very pleased with the service and plan to continue to use them for a long time!

I have used Maid Brigade for several years. We have them come out every other week. They are reliable, honest and do a thorough job. They are also flexible, when there needs to be a schedule change. The office staff is pleasant to deal with and helpful. On occasion, I have also hired them to do specialized services, like carpet cleaning. One of the most important things to us, when we were looking for a housecleaning agency, was that they made sure all their employees are legal to work in this country. I also like that they only use 'green" cleaning products.

While their work is better than what we can do on our own with young kids messing up the house we have not been satisfied with their service. What is visually seen will get cleaned but anything that needs to be moved does not - such as the kitchen table, ceiling fans, etc. Now that I finally joined Angie's List I plan to find a company that will do a better job.

They showed up on time and they were very efficient.

I have used them once before on April 17th and I was reasonably satisfied. I then called them to use them today for housecleaning. I believe the scheduler should have asked if I spoke Spanish. I had to talk to the supervisors to translate to the workers on what needed to be completed. The worker that cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom did a good job and was pleasant. The other worker that the dinning room and living room didn't have a good sense about the work and the home. For example she was stacking the paintings to clean and one was touching a hanging wire on a oil painting.

I thought that the maids were lovely people. Their English was good enough and they were friendly and nice. They did a thorough job of dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms.

They were efficient, pleasant, responsive, punctual and easy to work with. I would recommend them to others.

The woman was incredibly nice and explained everything to me. They were just too expensive versus what I currently pay. I would recommend them from my experience. ($135.00)

They started off okay, but every time they came out they sent different people and the cleaning just went downhill. By the end they were not doing a good job at all. We let them know we were not happy with the work, but it did not improve, so we ended up not using them again.

It has been a good experience. They do a nice job. They always come when they are supposed to and they always bring their own supplies. They are professional and polite.

The first time we had Maid Brigade come to help clean for Passover. They sent two people who spent about four hours doing a very thorough job. They bring their own equipment and supplies. After that we've had them come every two weeks. At first one of us was always home, but eventually that became difficult and we provided them with a key to the house. When someone is home they are polite and unobtrusive as possible. I just love coming home after they have been in. The house looks so clean and inviting. I have also had them do extra services on occasion like carpet cleaning and was very pleased. I have referred them to many people and everyone has been very satisfied, including my daughter and her husband.

The work was done very well and in a reasonable amount of time.

First crew was polite and on time, second crew was not polite, hurried to get out.
