Really well. There were some bumps in the road just because we ran into some unexpected issues but they worked with me throughout and the cost really didn't end up being much higher than initially quoted despite the additional needs. I HIGHLY recommend Bob Brown!

Called to get an appointment for estimate and was told it would be $50 to get an estimate 😡😡😡 : I DECLINED

The work was done perfectly. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The work was done efficiently and well. He had all of the proper equipment and talent to complete the jobs. I loved that he put down drop clothes wherever he was working. All jobs were completed within the time allotted. A great experience. I will use them again.

Let me start by saying that I have used JW for many other project and really like them. That being said they did a terrible job on the power washing. It was very inconsistant. Some place had the wood ripped off in grooves that were 1/8 inch deep and some areas looked like they had not been touched at all. Much worse than when they started. I ended up having to sand the entire deck by hand just to get it back into shape so it could be refinished.

The jobs went very well. There were 2 workers. They were prompt and requested input with each job.

I was very dissatisfied with the initial service and the customer service I receive when I called them back to complain about my issue. I paid for 4 hours to power wash my deck. Justin arrived and after I showed him where the water was he said that it would be no problem and that I could go back to work because power washing a deck was simple and he really didn't need me. My sister who was home at the time said that he left after about an hour of power washing. When I returned home, I was very disappointed in how the deck looked. Although he power washed the floor of the deck, it didn't seem as if he really took any time to power wash the railings. Also it was very obvious that around the outside of the deck was not touched. I called the company and was told that a supervisor would contact me first thing Monday morning to resolve my issues and I thought that would be great since I was already off than they could come by and fix it while I was there. Since no one called me on Monday, I called them and they immediately said they were having a busy morning as to the reason why I was not contacted. Once I talked to a supervisor, Chris, he asked if I could send him some pictures, which I did. Then I waited on a return phone call to my issue and after an hour I called them back to speak to the supervisor. I asked if he had gotten the pictures and he responded "Yes" and he was just looking over them. I said that since I texted the pictures to him, it would have been nice if he could have just texted back that he had gotten the pictures and that he would call me back after he had looked over them, He then told me that he was very busy so he didn't have time to do that. I asked him what he thought of the pictures, and he said that even though the deck was now 2 toned that he felt that his guy did a good job because my deck was old and the stain had been on there a long time. I explained to him that I personally put the stain on 2 years ago and he acted like he didn't believe me. I said that maybe someone could come out and we could go over the issues that I saw because it was obvious that a lot of spots were not done properly and Chris the supervisor basically said that he felt that they did a good job and there wasn't anything he could do for me. I had been power washing my own deck for years but since my power wash broke, I thought I would give them a try and to my chagrin, the work seemed substandard. Chris actually told me that if I could do a better job, he would like to see that!! The irony of this whole issue is that while on hold, the recording that they play is that customer satisfaction is what they are all about and they strive to make sure the customer is happy but then when I had a complaint, they weren't very responsive nor really interested in fixing my issue.

They debit extra money from my acct. with out my permission . I know that I have to pay some money extra, but I was expecting to receive a note with the time extra they worked and what they did. They took my money with out my permission.......I think the way they did it was WRONG !

Good. It turned out to be a little more involved with labor and cost because a repair became a replace.

The repairman sent by JW was timely and generally kept busy for the full amount of time budgeted. He made the repairs efficiently and the workmanship was excellent. I stayed at my house while the work was being done and made suggestions as he was working. This repairman was very courteous . He implemented my suggestions, with the result that the work was done to my satisfaction and looks very good. All in all, I would definitely recommend JW based on my positive experience. Very good company with an excellent and courteous staff, starting with the estimator Telly Kontos who is very knowledgeable and responsive, the repair person who was clearly very competent, and the finance person, Ed, who provided the detail I needed in record time to round up my good experience with JW.

Scheduling was somewhat difficult, and the estimator and the technician both arrived beyond the time windows they had quoted. I am totally satisfied with the work that was done, though.

Horrible, overcharged for work that was not performed to satisfaction. Job was not completed and pieces of cabinetry were damaged and mirror frame was cut to short and had to purchase another. Never use this contractor.

The two men that they sent to do the work (Angel and Oscar) were very hard-working, professional, punctual, respectful and courteous. I really enjoy my new bathtub and vanity! I wish I could have had them re-tile the bathroom floor as well and install a new medicine cabinet but due to financial considerations I could only have part of the bathroom updated. I paid for the bathtub and vanity myself ($550) and the labor for removing the old vanity and bathtub and installing the new ones was $5,365.

JW understands customer service. They guarantee their work and sent someone out to make small tweaks to work previously completed at no cost to me for labor. One of their carpenters - Justin - came out and quickly completed the repairs. He is great to work with and does a beautiful job with wood. I've now hired JW for at least three jobs and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them and their team especially Josh - estimator, Bob- Master Carpenter, and Justin - Carpenter.

Great work. Fair Price. Showers look like new again. We are very pleased.

The team conducted a pre-estimate review, took pictures of the areas to repair and provided an estimate afterwards. The team arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and tools, prepped the area, mudded the seams, sanded, and then painted the areas. It looked as if there had been no repairs done. Blended perfectly with the entire garage. Great work.

Both Alberto and Kevin were very responsive, friendly, professional and courteous. They completed the few "handyman" jobs that needed to be completed. Job well done! Thank you!
