the service provide was awesome, on time and professional .. I would use them again in the future..

They had to actually take out some tile that had been there for many years, lower a towel rack that was attached to the tile and opening up the wall to add reinforcements because the grab-bar needed to be solid. They closed everything up, added new tile and paint. There was a slight issue at the beginning, but they rectified everything and finished with amazing work. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with both the work and the price.

Brilliantly. Alex was early, polite, meticulous, and super skilled. The repair job he did on the door, frame and surrounding walls (caused by elderly father's wheelchair) was miraculous. Far exceeded my expectations. And the work in the bathrooms made them look new. I would rehire him/JW in a heartbeat.

He came out and fixed some wood rot by cutting it out and replacing it. He did a very good job and I would recommend him to others.

They did an excellent job. You can not tell that it has been repaired. It looks like the original.

Painter was very courteous and professional. Job estimate was a bit off in time required and materials needed. My request to change type of work was accommodated easily. Wouldn't call again because of high prices.

An estimator arrived to spot the jobs and put an estimate of time for completion. I won't go through every item but suffice it to say that I found it frustrating to hear for most jobs that the company would not do that particular work. In addition, the jobs they would do had what seemed unrealistic time frames, for example, 6-8 hrs to replace a toilet flush valve. The company has a very strict set of policies that made it difficult to use my $402 for a 6hrs deal. Time and again, the cost estimate was fuzzy or would have exceeded the deal. If work exceeded what the deal provided, hourly charges applied that seemed too expensive and the worker's paid time included trips to a store to purchase supplies which would be added to the bill. Overall, the deal felt like a come-on. If I had continued, the chance was very likely that I would have needed to spend considerably more than the deal. Having lost faith in the company, I canceled.

They sent someone out to assess the needs, which I really appreciated. On the appointed day, Chris called to let me know when he was coming. He arrived on time, and did a beautiful job. He was very polite as well.

I called Angie and got my money back. I cancelled the bait and switch deal.

They were wonderful in terms of the pre-work service, but my condo association would not allow the balcony repainting because I was only renting. They claimed that the owner had to order the work and there were condo limitation on the work. Finally, no work got done and I was refunded all deposits.

It did not go. The company is irresponsible and should not be engaged for service. They did not respond to my scheduling requests.

Couldn't wait three weeks for an appointment. Cancelled purchase made through Angie's List and obtained refund.

Great. Everything was fixed, and he found my missing earring under my vanity cabinet, too!

I have been happy with them, although they do not do free estimates. If you buy the deal from them through Angie's List, there is no estimate fee up front. They have been good for small handyman work and a few other services. I think they are more than capable for large projects, as they have quite a few teams.

The workers at JW are professional, friendly and do an excellent job.

The initial estimate went very well, but we ran into a bit of communication snafu with the second visit. This was easily fixed with a phone call and they responded very promptly. They performed excellent work and the shower and pan look fantastic!

Everything was fine, and they actually completed the work in less time that was anticipated. It all looks good and I have great hopes it will stand the test of time.

Very well, Carlos arrived at 8:00 am and was busy until 2:00 pm. Taking out old insulation, and the old vapor barrier and putting in the new, bagging it up and taking to curb for trash pick up. He also replaced the door hinges and reattached door to brick frame and painted the door.

The work was professionally done. Workers were knowledgeable and prompt. Cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

They have not responded to my emails requesting service. They have been paid, but have not contacted me to schedule service (other than the estimate). I am hopeful that they will get back to me this week so that we can wrap this up. I understand why they offer a deal for a specific service so that they can establish a relationship, but so far, this relationship is not going well!

Really well. There were some bumps in the road just because we ran into some unexpected issues but they worked with me throughout and the cost really didn't end up being much higher than initially quoted despite the additional needs. I HIGHLY recommend Bob Brown!

Called to get an appointment for estimate and was told it would be $50 to get an estimate 😡😡😡 : I DECLINED
