Apolo and America showed up promptly and explained exactly what they would be doing. They were careful with my belongings, did a complete cleanup at the end of the job and left me with a ceiling that was repaired, repainted and looks like new.

The estimator, Josh, showed up on time and did a thorough job of explaining what would be done. The two workers (Thomas and Juan) showed up on time and worked diligently to make the required repairs. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their pleasant attitude.

Handyman repairs around the house. All work went as discussed, tradesmen came on time, we’re kind, courteous, and knew how to do the work they were asked to perform. They wore masks and booties all the time and were highly respectful of the Covid distancing. We would definitely hire again. It was a good experience!

The job was completed but the paint was still wet so it smeared and there were some other details that needed to be addressed. I contacted the project manager and he was very professional and apologetic. He sent out a tech to correct the details and now the door looks great. Great customer service!

JW's representative came to our residence to give us an estimate. At that time they had a "special" whereas they would supply all of the supplies required, I would only pay for the labor. After he left, I realized that the "special" was not included in his estimate. I also recalled that this was the same gentleman who I had previously filed a complaint against. I immediately contacted their office to cancel the agreement. Also there was a charge to my bank account pertaining to this service, which I would like to have refunded.

It went very well. The estimate was very close to what they said it would be. The guys were there on time and were very communicative. They explained what was going on. Also, the office was good. Someone came to do an estimate, I got it my email, I accepted and then someone called to schedule a time, and then I got a reminder email before the date. As long as their prices are competitive I will keep going to JW. I should also mention that when the guy came to do the estimate my fence literally just fell over. He helped me put it back up, without charging. It is overall a good team.

Great! The crew did a wonderful job. They were focused on the task and very professional. I was able to get the work done quickly and greatly appreciate their time and efforts. The JW painters (Thomas M., Juan M., and Kevin) arrived promptly as scheduled; worked exceptionally efficiently (completing the project in half the estimated time); and produced a high quality paint job on our house windows. I am a repeat customer and will continue to rely on JW for any home project.

The technician, Jose, did an excellent job. He was professional, timely and efficient. He understood what i needed, purchased the necessary material quickly and installed it in an timely and efficient manner. I had used this company previously and would not hesitate to use them again when necessary. I recommend Jose and this company highly.

Work completed competently. Unfortunately the price was exceptionally high for the work.

This is an update to a previous review where I rated JW low because the price was significantly higher than the original quote (nothing unexpected occurred during the job) but I rated them high for quality of work. During a conversation with the worker, I commented that I wasn't happy about the new price of the job and the worker, who was very nice, said "I understand but I can assure you that the job we've done is top rate - you definitely won't have to worry about this leaking again." Well, three years later, the roof is leaking again, exactly where JW previously repaired the leak. Nothing has happened to cause damage to the roof. I called JW and was told that they only stand behind their work for 1 year. I could pay them to come out and repair the roof again. In other words, I can pay them twice to complete the same job - the job they didn't complete correctly the first time. We went with JW because they seemed to have good reviews but we've regretted it ever since. I've included some photos where you can see the roof splitting and bubbling. You can also see where JW repainted during the previous job.

Alfredo and Chris did outstanding work around my house's exterior - 4 solid days of work July 2020. They were prompt and professional, with coronavirus safety-distancing and masks, and worked very hard even though the temps were 90+ degrees every day! Excellent work, and I will request them again for my Fall repairs. Thank you!

The work went as scheduled with some additional work done on 2 exterior windows that were leaking rain water when it rained causing interior damage to the walls.

Very smoothly; it did go a bit longer than the original estimate but since they were to use what parts of the deck that were still in good shape while rebuilding we found more damaged wood than could be seen before the deck itself was disassembled.

JWI crew was outstanding. They were professional for 6 1/2 days of work while I was home. They were very neat and completed high quality work. They really did a beautiful job for me with a very long list of work, including some more complex repairs.

I've hired JW in the past with great results. This time, the contractor, Jeff Dahlgren, was great. He worked for several hours in the heat and kept a cheerful attitude. He also went the extra mile and fixed a vent that was not part of the original work, just because he was able to. Highly recommended.

Thomas and Antonio were very accommodating and efficient with the work they performed on our house. They repainted our front porch, pressure washed the siding and deck, repaired loose panels around the deck, and repaired/painted the railing to the basement. The quality of the work was high and they were able to answer all of our questions along the way. Would definitely hire again.
