If I could give zero stars, I would. This company rescheduled over and over again, did not show up or call to reschedule, or left voicemails to reschedule, and when I confirmed, still did not show up. I cannot even rate the work, because they never showed up to do the work we agreed upon. I am really rating their customer service and their seriousness to complete a project they agreed upon. Their first rescheduling was for a family medical issue. I understood that and it is a small business so I was OK with that. Then they didn't call back for almost two weeks after that, so I called them to see if they still wanted the project and to schedule. When I called, he acted like the appointment was that way and it was short notice (like it was something I did). He scheduled a date and time with me and then didn't show up or call. Then he called me to reschedule and apologize. We rescheduled. He called on that day and said he was on his way right then. Hours later, he had not shown up. So I contacted him to see if he was still coming. He apologized and said one of his workers had a medical emergency and he said he would like to come and complete the project first thing Saturday morning (this past Saturday (8/28/2021). Again, he did not show up or call or let me know he wanted to reschedule. Three and a half hours after he was supposed to be at my house, he calls and leaves a voicemail apologizing, saying there was no excuse, and asking for a last chance and said that he would show up around 12pm or so on Monday (today, 8/30/2021) and promised that he would complete the job this time and asked if I could call to confirm. I called and left him a voicemail to confirm the date and time for today, 8/30/2021) and said that this would be the last chance and I would start looking for another company if he did not show up. Well, of course, he did not show up and did not call. So I called to let them know that I would go ahead and find another company and he said, of course, that he would not be able to make it today. At this point, I am wondering if Angi's list is the way to go for me because you all have these fly-by-night companies and this is not the first time that this type of unprofessional thing has happened. Many of these companies have no customer service skills and they are rude (this one was not rude, just never showed up).
