They were excellent. No problems. Came when they said they would. They knew what they were doing.

I called to schedule the appointment. I was asked what color electrical outlet colors I wanted at that time. The tech showed up promptly, looked at the work to be done. He said he had to go get the supplies. (Thought he should have had supplies with him). 45 minutes later, I get a call from the company telling me that the pulled him to check on another job, and he would be back to me "later". 40 min. Later still was waiting to hear when he would get back to me. I ended up calling the company to cancel my work request.

The beginning went great, the work appeared to be done well. But billing has been an issue and contact since has been a hassle.

It went very well. The company was referred to me by an electrician that we had done business with but subsequently retired. Doug, came exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem we had. He also pointed out another electrical issue that needed fixing and did so. He was polite, knowledgeable and worked efficiently so as to not run up a big bill. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

They were very good. It was a two man job because they had to use a 23 feet ladder. They got it done quickly, they were on time, they were friendly and honest about how long they thought it would take. Compared to some of the other estimates we had, they were very reasonable. These guys were excellent. It was a great experience.

Doug was right on time, very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. A few weeks later I was having bathroom tile installed and the walls painted, so David the dispatcher was terrific at getting an electrician in to move an electric outlet. Then a few days later, on Christmas Eve, he had someone come out (even though the electricians were supposed to have the holiday off that day), to reattach all the fixtures. I couldn't be more pleased.

Project was supposed to be completed in May but it is now December 5th and they're still not done. - more details to follow. As this project is still on-going, I have based my initial review grades on what has been completed so far. I'll update this review and details after doing a full evaluation after the project is complete - hopefully in the coming weeks.

Electrician was neat, prompt and reliable. Repairs taken care of on only visit

Prompt, helpful and cost efficient.

Granted I did not have an emergency call, but my hot water heater was aged and declining. I called Fab to purchase a replacement before the HWC began to leak. They helped me select an appropriate size unit that was efficient, Energy Star qualified and within my desired price range. They accommodated my desire to complete the work on a day I had already taken off work. They arrived on time, completed the work with ease. The employees were professional, competent and neat. While I may have been able to save a little money by shopping around, I would not sacrifice the professionalism and reliability afforded by Fab.

Gavin and Joey were prompt, courteous and efficient. All were performed exacted as requested and with a smile too!

The service was great. I wasn't home when they replaced the fan and, aside from the fact that the problem was fixed, you would never know they had been there. They took care of the problem and worked with my schedule.

They came to our home to give us an estimate on some electrical work. They were very friendly, but their price was a little high and we ended up hiring someone else.

The workers were very professional, courteous, neat and finished well within the time frame we asked. They warned us ahead of time that we would need to get some drywall work after they finished, pointing out that it was not in their scope - we appreciated the heads up.

They didn't get a permit and did face consequences because of that. I wasn't happy with the quality of the service. They didn't clean up after themselves and they left a big hole.
