David was extremely easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about refinancing our home. He was the first to alert us that the Fannie Mae loan limits increased in our county and, after searching a number of sources for the best deal, it turned out that no one could beat David's offer. We closed at zero cost and got a great rate. He handled all the escrow requirements and even was helpful regarding the rules of what we could and could not do in reference to the terms of our existing HELOC. He was very professional, patient, and timely with all communications. I would recommend that anyone seeking to refi their home should at least talk with David and get an estimate from him before choosing another source.

The second refinance of our home in five years using Access Capital Mortgage with no closing costs. The process was quick and complete including an appraisal of our home. The company handled all the details and paperwork in a very professional manner. The final closing on the refinance loan was conducted in the comfort of our own home.

We refinanced our home from an FHA program to a Conventional 30yr loan shortly after our purchase last year. David was great to work with and helped to make it a very smooth process. He explained the various programs we had available to us, ran the numbers for several options to see what was the best one for our needs. He was very efficient, answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made our settlement as smooth as we have ever experienced. He contacted us after settlement and continued to reach out when the rates dropped again. It went very smoothly. I was able to verify that there were no fees, and if there were, they were assumed by the lender. This was the 2nd time I had used David for refinancing. I had such a good experience with him that I had gone through him again when I needed similar service.

With our current lender, the application process took over 2 months because the loan processor kept coming back with requests for additional documents. In both our prior experiences with Dave, he gave me a list of the all the documents he would need at the outset of the process, and we settled within 3-4 weeks of the initial phone call - at NO COST to us!

David provided excellent service in securing a conventional loan. Due to current lending practices, it is harder than ever to qualify for a loan at a great rate but David did just that. Although there are mounds of paperwork one has to prepare to get a approved, David broke it down in pieces that could be tolerated and not get overwhelmed. He kept me abreast of any questions or complications and got the loan closed on time and with the terms agreed to after lock in. I highly recommend David as a loan mortgage professional.

David pays attention to details. The paperwork is always provided in advance so you know exactly how much to have available for the escrow, insurance, etc. When you deal with David you're a customer for life.....he's actually called me in the past and advised that rates were down and asked if I wanted to refi at no costs. Even though he called me, As I stated before I always check the competition and he's never been beat. I trust David 100%. I have a saying Trust no-one when it comes to your family or your money....I trust David with my money, he has my best interest at heart..
