The Agency helped us switch to a new insurance carrier for auto, condo owner, plus umbrella policies. The process was efficient and a smooth transition, saving us in annual cost. We have had an auto claim for property damage due to an accident. The liability was handled in a helpful manner, and gave us several options for the repair work. We did get fairly speedy action by a local approved repair facility.
