I had wanted to learn more about an additional option in coverage, and it was a hectic time for me with trying to collect information and keep up with a surge of other tasks. Josh was patient, diligent, and responsive, following up to get me the answers and information I needed amid his own busy holiday schedule. He is more careful on the details and more diligent and mindful of potential loopholes and gaps than anyone else I've ever worked with in this kind of capacity. His professionalism and commitment to service and to an individualized client-focused approach set him apart. It's rare to find someone like that, and I'm very lucky to have him as an agent. I just can't say enough good things about Josh.

It went awesome. We had been working with another broker, but the policies they quoted us were too hard to decipher, so we reached out to Josh for a second opinion. He was instantly helpful, responsive, provided excellent and thoughtful advice on the level of coverage we needed (and what we could clip). He proactively tailored our policies to our needs, and was a dream to work with. Smart, efficient, and cheap, I will never buy insurance from any one else ever again.

They were incredibly responsive - emailing me almost immediately after my first inquiry and then continually keeping me up to date. They were able to find me a great rate on my homeowners insurance - saving over $1500/year with a new carrier and suggestions as to how to achieve the best coverage for me and my house. Unfortunately the car insurance was not cheaper, so I wasn't able to move that, but I would use them again and will do so.

I contacted this company at approximately 8:30am via the Angie's List link. I had an email confirmation of receipt of my inquiry by 8:43am and an email from Juliana, the representative. less than an hour later. After sending my information, I had a quote within 2 hours. I dealt entirely with Juliana who was always very professional and pleasant, and she was very prompt in replying to my emails. She sent me everything I requested and I had a new renters insurance policy by 3pm the same day. The policy is just what I needed and the service was unprecedented. I will definitely use Capitol Benefits again!

Alan Putterman was very helpful in assisting me purchase homeowner's and auto insurance. Being a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions, and Alan answered all of them. He was very responsive. I feel confident that I got the best price and the best coverage.

Provided very helpful information about insurance needs when renting my home on a short-term basis, and value of using an agent in general. Simply asking an insurance company directly about *possibly* renting my home resulted in their refusal to work on regular homeowner's insurance with me. It is truly best to always go through an agent, who can answer questions and advise you as to how much and which types of coverage are prudent. All my interactions with Capitol Beneifts have been very positive. They really work hard to service customers.

Josh Lavine and Capitol Benefits are a dream come true. I wanted to put most of my insurance requirements under one roof. Now is the time since I am moving from my home to a condo, and needed different types of policies. I called two of my insurance providers and over a week went by and they did not respond. I contacted Josh on line and in less than 24 hours I had an answer. In less that a week he set me up with new car insurance. He saved me over $400. He got me renter's insurance which will safeguard my furniture while in storage pending renovations on my condo. That was $125 less than what the moving comapny wanted.
