The repair was superb with absolutely no remaining evidence of the damage. Additionally, everything was explained in great detail I thought the cost was quite reasonable. Without question I would use them again.

My insurance company recommends them, and they are fantastic. They also arranged for me to have leather work done on the interior of my car that got damaged, and so it was very good. Their price is competitive. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It went very well because they were mostly workers from a company we used for 20 years. They were very professional and did a good job. They were experts at handling insurance claims. They did the other little ding for free. I would recommend them. The price was very fair.

The work turned out well. They picked up the car, they delivered it on time, and the work was good. They were located on my way to the grocery store, and so I went in to see them, so they booked an appointment and picked the car. I couldn't get an appointment right away, they gave it to me a day or two later. I would have been happy if they had taken the car the same day. I think it should be easier to get an appointment on the same day, because it is lost time, when the owner has to wait for a few days. It would be good if they would accommodate and take the car. I would use them again.

It turned out fine. They're very accommodating. I had to reschedule twice because of work. They were able to accommodate my schedule. They said they would have it fixed in three days and they did it much sooner. It was about a day and half. They're always very polite. It couldn't go smoother. There was nothing that I didn't like. I would recommend them. I've did business with them more than once and had an excellent experience.

They did a great job. Very friendly and easy to work with. I had bought the replacement parts online at a competitive price. They took my supplied parts and painted and installed them. Installation took less than an hour. The mirror cover painting took several days. I would definitely use them again.

They were very quick, helpful and did very good work. They helped me with insurance and a rental car. The car could have been "totalled" which would have cost me a lot of money, but they came through and made the car as good as before the accident. I highly recommend them.

It went quite well. Even after the front end repairs were complete, I found that a headlight was out. I brought the car back and they fixed it for free.

They are excellent. They first diagnosed what was wrong with it, then they presented to me what they need to do. The process is very smooth.

They were fine. We had previous body work done at a Honda Shop in the area. They did a clear coat and paint job on the Honda. The car was then in an another accident after it was in the Honda shop. When I took it to Autobody Dimensions they noticed that the Honda shop did not do the paint job properly and they knew exactly what happened. The whole bumper was never fixed. Even though it was annoying that I had to wait a month to get the car fixed from the accident, I think their body work was better than the Honda shop. I also wish in the future they would keep me updated on the progress of the car.

Their work has always been highly satisfactory. We have always been very pleased with them.

They are superb and have superb customer service. Everything was timely and it was done exactly as promised; there were no surprises. They are extremely conscientious and they are remarkably responsive. If I had a question or if I needed information, they were there instantaneously. They were extremely responsive and there was never delay.

There was no charge as accident was other driver's fault. Yes, I would hire them for a future job.

They are excellent. I really like them because they helped me with incomplete charges from Geico. They seem to help their customer. There are several collision centers in the area and they are a top not company. I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else to take my car.

For the most part they did everything they were supposed to do and it was fairly good. However, it was still making a noise and rubbing when I got it back; I took it somewhere else to get a wheel alignment done.

They did good work. They fixed it within a few days. Things were coordinated pretty quickly between them, the rental car place and the insurance company.

I ran over a wheel and tire in the road and punctured two tires, bent two wheels and bent the chassis. There was no visible exterior body damage other than the car looked crooked. I took it to another shop and they fixed the wheels and tires and sealed the chassis seams with some touch up paint but did not straighten the chassis. This shop was beligerent in the extreme when confronted with my opinion and were not going to fix it. (I'll write a separate review of them) Knowing the chassis was not straight I took it to another shop and simply asked them to put it on a frame machine to check if it was straight. If it was then I'd pay them and if it wasn't then I'd refer them to my insurance company to complete the repairs. After putting it on a lift, inspecting it and hearing my story they refused. I then took it to Autobody Dimensions with the same request. They agreed, mounted it on the frame machine and measured it. When they found it was bent they asked me to come in to see what they had found with the car still on the frame machine. They noticed other damage also and at that point worked it all out with my insurance company. They were quite happy to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. Finally, they aligned the front suspension and when it would not come into spec they investigated further and found a slightly bent suspension component. Instead of doing minimal work and lying to me like the first shop they measured the car professionally, were open with what they found and corrected all the details. On a separate occasion in late 2001 the entire left side of the car was damaged when a city bus came over the yellow line. Again Autobody Dimensions repaired the car replacing all the panels and painting the repairs with the best paint match I've seen from any body shop. I still own the same car and after 12 years there is still no sign of rust due to the repairs. The cost of repairs above is obviously my insurance deductable.

Overall, I thought they were really good. They were responsive. When I called them, I was working actually through the insurance company of the person who hit me. They were immediately able to get me an estimate and gave me a time estimate for getting it done. It was about a month worth of repairs, so it was a pretty major job for them. They were good and the results were great. I only took it back for a few minor things after that and they were happy to fix them, so there was no problems.

They did not end up doing any work because the care ended up being totaled but they were great in explaining the situation.

Overall, the experience was good. They did the work as promised and on time, and the bumper looks like new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had only one minor complaint-- I got the impression that their location was a bit unsafe--they told me their location has experienced vandalism at night and that they were not responsible for any damage done to my car if I dropped it off at 530 pm, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall however, no complaints.

My car was rear ended. This was one of the body shops that was recommended by the insurance company that was paying for the repair. The damage to the back end of my car came to around $3700, but I didn't pay anything as it was covered by insurance. From looking at the damage and the report that was presented, they worked on the bumper and support structure behind it, the trunk lid, the interior of the trunk, and the rear quarter panels on either side. Autobody Dimensions personnel were friendly and professional. I received updates on the progress of the repair. Not speaking shop-speak, I found it a little difficult to understand everything they were addressing by speaking over the phone. When I went into the shop and they could point to areas it was more clear. They completed the work ahead of schedule. The work they did was very good. When I went by to pick the car up and was looking the car over thoroughly, I expressed concern about picking the car up on a cloudy day given that I might not be able to see any defects in their work. They explained that their work is guaranteed for life, and that if I found anything wrong once I got the car home all I had to do was bring it back in and they would address it. I got the car home, washed it and looked it over carefully, and couldn't find anything wrong with the work they did. I would recommend them strongly.

I was very impressed with how the front staff handled all the inquiries and handled the customers (Sharon is great!). They were always polite, efficient and very honest. They called me in a timely manner to tell me what they found. The mirrors looked like new (both were used parts to save money), and I was very satisfied with the work. I had to go back again to have a rear bumper replaced and once again, I am very very happy with the work and professionalism!

THEY HAD THE CLEANEST FACILITY AND WERE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL OF THE THREE WE CHECKED OUT. THEIR QUOTE WAS WITHIN THE RANGE OF OTHERS' AS WELL. THEY FINISHED THE JOB ON TIME, AND THE ENTIRE FRONT END OF OUR CAR LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE JOB.
