Autobody Dimensions-Gaithersburg

The work was fine and everything was great. They were very nice about everything and telling me what I needed to do and how to proceed. I did not pay for anything; my insurance paid for everything. They were very helpful, but did not do any work.

They are always fine. They have good quality service, reliable and trustworthy.

They were fantastic and were super-fast to provide a quote for us. It was a realistic quote and they were in contact with us throughout the work. They did a great job on the work they did and they delivered it at the time they promised. I would highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable. They gave us two prices; one to replace my bumper and one to work on the bumper. They were able to just work on the bumper, which was the less expensive of the two.

I would recommend them highly. I actually found out about them through my insurance company. My insurance company sent me to them many years ago, maybe in 2002, but I used them a couple of times after that. I was very pleased with them but I am not sure when I used them last because I try not to have to go to the auto body shop. I got rear ended by somebody in January of 2002 and everything was great with their service and then I had a couple of other things that I just went to them on my own about. I am sure that they are still good. I did not have to pay when I was rear ended except for my $500 deductible so I cannot really say what the cost would have been out of the pocket. Anything over $500 is covered by my insurance. They did what they were supposed to do and the car was ready on time. They have a cooperative relationship with a rent-a-car shop which is just down the road, so you go there and somebody from the rent-a-car shop comes and they take you back to get a car and then you bring the car back to the body shop and the people from the rent-a-car shop come and pick it up. It was a very good experience if going to a body shop could be called good. My car was great and it looked like it was new. They did a really good job. They are great. I do not think that I would run into a wall just for the sake of calling on them but I have no criticism of their service whatsoever. The fact that they have this cooperative relationship with a rent-a-car shop, which I know a lot of different car repair shops have, makes it just extremely smooth.

It turned out great. They charged a fair price and they did a good job and they did it in a timely fashion. We were very happy.

They are okay and their work is pretty good. Their price is covered by my insurance.

Their work was done on time and it was just done very professionally. When I picked it up it was just perfect. The estimate was done when I went to the shop very quickly and efficiently, it seemed very reasonable and when we made to that appointment to have that service done it was done the day that I brought it in and it was done the same day as was promised. They answered the call, got me the estimate and did the work on time.

The work turned out good. They have always been very good. I have been to them a couple of times, and they have been efficient, informative, and I have never had issues.

My insurance company paid for it. They did fantastic work for us. They're professional, customer oriented and they aim to please. They respond rapidly to any request for information. I think the price was very reasonable. They had it done exactly when they said they would. They did everything just top-notch.

They are great. I have used them for multiple repairs over the years and I really like them. For instance, this last time, I had bought a car and it is a mini cooper and I had rubbed it against a pole when I was getting out of my garage. It was less than a quarter of damage but it was a brand new car and it was a little bit deep that I was afraid it might rust. It extended from the front door to the back door so I had wanted them to do just a quick fix and I didn't really care if it matched exactly or whatever. But they did and they wanted to pain both doors and so on. But then, they painted and I guess the color of the paint is made from three manufacturers and the one they had ordered it from was not the same one that apparently have been used on the original car. So they did the whole thing over again ordering paint from another manufacturer and didn't charge me anything more. So I thought that was very kind of them. They really are the best. I have used other repair shops and they are not as meticulous as Autobody Dimensions and it is much more of a factory type atmosphere than the mom-and-pop shop. They are my favorite car repair shop. They are also competitive with everyone. But if you have mechanical damage as well as metal or whatever and it is significant, they send it out in their shop at Gaithersburg. And then I feel like it is sort of a no man's land and it can take a while to get it back. It is also hard to get an answer to where they are at in fixing it. But that was when I had badly damaged cars. I went through that period a couple of years of having some badly damaged cars and since that last scratch in 2011, I haven't had any more accidents at all and that was really only very, very minor. A couple of years prior to that, I had a bad accident a year for two years in a row and so they tended to stay out there getting the mechanical work done and I had a hard time reaching them. That would be my only reservation. I would probably still use them but you don't get your car back in a while if it needs some considerable mechanical work.

They did a good job. I liked the fact that they assigned a personal representative. So whenever I called in, I used to always ask this one person and they were totally aware of what was going on with my car and what to expect and so on. In my insurance, I have auto rental ability, they coordinated that for me. So I thought that was nice, I didn't have to go. The rental company team picked me up from the auto body place and took me to their place to get the car. That was nice! I think I got a couple of quotes and they were decent.

They did a good job. They communicated very well what they were doing, and they showed us what they did when they delivered the car. I only paid the deductible. We looked around a couple of places and they gave the best price. They responded quickly.

It couldn't have been better. When I dropped the car off they took the time to set up a rental from someone already approved by my insurance company who brought the rental car to the autobody location. They gave me a schedule of how things would progress and kept me updated the whole time. The car was ready at the scheduled time. When we were checking the car out to see if there were any deficiencies they noticed that there was a small imperfection on one of the marker lenses. They asked me to bring it back in 2 days and they could replace it in 20 minutes. Which they did. The only thing I was concerned about was if the paint on the repairs would change color. It has been long enough that if that was going to happen you could see it by now. Overall this has been a job well done.

They were great. I got an accident which was somebody else's fault and their insurance company paid for it. Actually, the guy paid cash but he suggested Autobody Dimensions, and that was fine with me. I went there and talked to them. They seemed really nice and upfront explained everything to beforehand, they took care of renting a car for me. They did everything, I never did anything except for showing up and they did a lot of body work and it took them like 36 hours and it was perfect.

They were great and did a great job for me. They did work on my vehicle on two different occasions. This company was very quick and did an amazing job. They handled all the insurance and made it very easy for me. The work turned out great and the repairs have held up. My interaction with the company was great and they gave me an estimate real quick. I think they have two facilities in my area. They gave me a good time line estimate and followed through. I got the car back in the time they estimated.

The service was good, I don't have any complaints. They are pretty friendly, and everything looked like before the accident. I would highly recommend them. They met their deadlines, and insurance paid for the damage.

Autobody Dimensions-Gaithersburg did a beautiful job. They were very nice. They are a bit on the expensive side but I can't say for sure because I didn't shop around. There's nothing that I like least.

The work was good. They worked really well with my insurance company, so it wasn't a hassle to get work done there.

They did a real nice job. They matched up the paint that worked just fine and I would recommend them. They did quality work. There wasn't anything I didn't dislike. They pricing was excellent. They were half the price of another body shop just around the corner.

They were very good. They did a 2006 Chevy Impala, and 2011 Toyota Camry. The costs were covered by insurance. They did a good job, they were conscientious, they were easy to work with, and they have it set up, such as the rental car place can come and pick you up to go and rent a car.

Their service turned out very well and it was not an inexpensive fix. They did a good job and I was certainly satisfied with the work. One thing that would help would be if they would follow up with people who have had work done about 6 months later to find out how things are doing and if they are still happy. Because there are so many choices today the personal touch would help. But, they did fine and when I had a question about one thing they worked on they were quite willing to look at it. Their price was fine.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a good job. It took a little longer than I anticipated and that is the only thing I will say that is bad about them because they never really informed me when I was going to get my car back. My insurance company made me go there and they did a nice job. They were good, responsive, very helpful and real nice. My advice to others is that it is better than the small shops because they have everything at their fingertips. They also have people that have been in the business for a long time and are very responsive. I like them.
