Description of Work: Autobody Dimensions (Gaithersburg) repaired the damage to the right rear quarter panel on our 2007 Toyota Tundra sustained during an altercation with a concrete column in a parking garage. In order to do the job correctly - and have the finish match - they removed the quarter panel, repaired, painted and then reinstalled it. They did a superb job, as always. You would never know they truck has been damaged! We have used them several times in the past with the same results. Excellent work and unparalleled responsiveness. I highly recommend them.

Because our car was almost 20 years old, rather than repairing the damage, they told us it was worthless to repair. | Now they had this minimally damaged, old vehicle on their hands and did not offer to let me pay to replace the damage. Why? I bet they take thee cars such as ours and do the body work and sell them overseas for more money than it would cost us to have it repaired at some other auto body shop. They never indicated that we could do this because our car had been taken from their complete repair shop off River Road near McDonald's and taken to some unstated address in Gaithersburg without our permission, making it inconvenient for us get to it to see what they were doing to our property without our consent for work to be done away from the River Road address. Please ask them what they did to our car which they had custody of, and did not own. How dare they treat our property in any way without our consent. Did the Port of Baltimore handle our car to ship it to Cuba, Latin America, or Africa? | I consider them to be unethical and would never deal with them again under any circumstances. | | | | | | | | |
