Description of Work: We had windows and siding installed. Most problems were with the siding installation. The company subcontracts the work to be done. We terminated the first crew due to inferior workmanship. They sent out another crew in which they corrected most errors but still had errors of their own. With both crews we had to oversee all they did. We still have some imperfections but we negotiated on the final draw due. We believe that a company that uses subcontractors should inform the customer up front. I believe the company has a good product and a fair market price, but they would have a much better product by using highly experienced crews to do the work.

Description of Work: Put in replacement windows. They did a good job, except they could have and should have either repaired or suggested that I have some window caseing repair done. I had to discover that on my own.
