1. They gave a great price 2. They completed the work in the time stated / agreed 3. My only complaint would be their clean-up wasn't as good as expected. While I understand finding roof nails can be difficult afterwards, it seemed my mower tires found a lot more than they did.

Very disappointed with them. Rude customer service. Did work and left. Shouted at customer for wanting them to come back to check what we saw as a crack. Wanted customer to rent their own ladder to climb on roof to check.

Andres & his crew did an outstanding job repairing our attic walls that had been leaking due to a bad siding installation many years ago. They were able to preserve our existing siding, while replacing old fiberboard with new plywood & wrapped it to ensure our attic will stay dry & mold-free now. They are friendly and competent at what they do!

For ONCE I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Clean clear concise with their assessment of my roof long with photos and recommendations.. No games. Very fair pricing. Fell right in the range of what I expected. Fast responses. Even with the crazy rain and wind making a whole new roof replacement even more of a challenge for time. They adjusted quickly to work around heavy rain and high winds and still completed the entire roof within one weekend. If you go into a huge project such as a complete roof replacement you can rely on very fair treatment on all levels. You get what you pay for and more. I would definitely recommend this family to anyone looking for a new roof. And will be having them do flooring next!

i have nothing but good things to say about these guys. cristina gave me a fair price to replace some siding and find and repair a gap in a roof pipe that has been leaking for 2 years. when the weather turned much too windy for roof work they returned on a saturday to get the job done. i know whom i ll be calling if i ever need to tackle this roof.
