I have a contract for a six month inspection because it would save money. They only problem I had was with communication. I expected them to call me but instead I had to call them. They do good work on changing and cleaning the filters.

AirTron service rep was very professional. The whole house humidifier system was installed and we are very pleased with the results. We have used AirTron for our heating and cooling system maintenance and will continue to hire them in the future. We are very please with both their professionalism and the care they take to do the best job possible.

I use them currently at my new residence now and I used them at the townhouse. They have great service. The one thing that is irritating my husband is their availability to come out and do the winter check. They're great, it's just how hard it is to get them to come in.

The technician was very informative and very thorough. I'm sad I can't remember his name. But I have had to call them a few times and they were all very professional and very thorough. I didn't have to pay because the AC is still under warranty from our builder, but I will definitely keep calling them after my warranty is over.
