Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

I signed a contract with this company on January 12, 2024 to replace my old HVAC for $10,140.68. They adjusted to $9,240 to compete against another bid, which was for $6,380. Multiple assessments of the existing unit were conducted by their representatives. Installation commenced on 01/18/24. They state that their job is complete while the new system is NOT functioning at the moment because of system incompatibility. There is NO heat in my unit. They insist that I hire an electrician on my own. They were quite aware that the previous system ran on a 120v and the new system runs on 220v. Yet, they installed a higher volt unit, a clear indication of lack of proper specification and inspection during their visits. Further, there has been communication gaps and lack of professionalism from some of their sales teams. I asked them to take the unit back and return the old unit if this is not something they cannot complete. Instead of coming up with alternative solutions, the responses I got from their GM insists that the job is completed and that they are not cooperative, nor do they seem to care that my unit does not have heat during this very cold winter season. I should have read the negative reviews prior to engaging in a contract with them.

I have a contract for a six month inspection because it would save money. They only problem I had was with communication. I expected them to call me but instead I had to call them. They do good work on changing and cleaning the filters.

My wife and I are very pleased with the services they performed. We would gladly recommend them to anyone that needs a new unit or service in their existing unit.

It was fine. I have no complaints.

AirTron service rep was very professional. The whole house humidifier system was installed and we are very pleased with the results. We have used AirTron for our heating and cooling system maintenance and will continue to hire them in the future. We are very please with both their professionalism and the care they take to do the best job possible.

I use them currently at my new residence now and I used them at the townhouse. They have great service. The one thing that is irritating my husband is their availability to come out and do the winter check. They're great, it's just how hard it is to get them to come in.

They are time time, clean up, and are respectful around my house.

Cost was covered under a checkup that costs $200 a year.

It went well. Everything is working great. The workers were great.

The technician was very informative and very thorough. I'm sad I can't remember his name. But I have had to call them a few times and they were all very professional and very thorough. I didn't have to pay because the AC is still under warranty from our builder, but I will definitely keep calling them after my warranty is over.

The technician was very friendly and honest with me. I get really weary about technicians whenever there is something that you do not know about. However, It took a while for the part to come it. But that was beyond their control.

They do a good job. The price is fair.

They are very knowledgeable about equipment. They come on time and they do a very thorough job of checking out the equipment. I'll continue to use them.
